I brought my new canyon city bike here for a repair. These guys opened the case with Canyon quickly and solved the problem super fast. The only wait was for the spare parts as it took few days to ship. Rest was a rapid fire :) .

The shop is supposed to be open until 15:00 on Saturday. The time is 14:15 and it is closed. It would be great if the working hours were up-to-date not to waste people’s time. Thank you

Excellent service! They assembled and disassembled my bike for a bike trip. The two brothers who own the shop are very nice and excellent in their job!

The service was excellent. We brought in our bike under Canyon’s warranty, and the staff was extremely helpful. They clearly explained what needed to be done and how the process worked. They gave us a time estimate and actually completed the service ahead of schedule. They spoke to my wife in German and made a point to explain everything to me in English as well. Highly recommended — 100% satisfied!

I can only echo what others say in their reviews. 4.9 stars speaks for itself, I’m actually surprised it isn’t a perfect 5,0 stars. These guys are not only extremely knowledgeable but also friendly and welcoming. It’s refreshing in Munich to find a smiling, passionate personable bike shop owners. They helped me out massively with my canyon bike service and wanted only to find me the best solution. Based on my personal experience, I would really recommend you have your Canyon serviced here and avoid the Canyon store in Munich if possible. I will be coming back here for all my cycling needs in the future! Thank you Bike Store Munich.

Great customer service! Unfortunately my bike couldn't be repaired due to a needed specialized component that the vendor doesn't provide anymore. They went above and beyonde to find a solution, including research and dismanteling the bike to find an alternative solution for the broken component. Since that also didn't provide an option for an fix, they refused to charge me anything, although they had put a bunch of work in it. I'll definitely come back as a customer, but definitely will buy a different brand than my current bike.

They saved my day when I needed to have my stuck pedals replaced ahead of a bike fitting, and they took care of it right away. Super friendly and the service was very quick. Can definitely recommend!

The guys were lifesavers! I arrived in Munich with my bike from Australia. The gears weren’t working properly. I had only 2 days to get it fixed before leaving for Vienna. Day 1 happened to be a public holiday and all the bike shops were shut. On day 2, I focused on getting a Canyon dealer. I had no appointments but the nice guys took pity on me and helped me ! They did a terrific job and I am so relieved and grateful !

I came here for a very specific question about an old Canyon derailleur pad screw, and the guys in the store helped me no problem. They didn't have the part I was looking for but they provided a temporary fix as I was in a hurry.
