Great shop. Friendly and competent service. I showed up near closing time with a flat tire and not sure how to get home, got it fixed right away, no hesitation and fair price. Plus a quick tune and helpful advice in English. A real rarity these days, faith in bike shops restored!

Really nice shop, after going to another shop not far away looking for a nut that was stolen off my bike, I was told by the staff that they didn't have it, and they made it extra clear that my bike wasn't worth ever fixing. I know it's an old Kettler, but I love that old bike it and I keep it for sentimental reasons. I was really relieved with how nicely the team here supported even though the store was busy, tried out a few that might fit the wheel, and just told me to leave something in the tip jar and sent me on my way. 10/10, thanks so much for making my bad experience somewhere else into a great one at Bikebazi. Made my day, will come back.

Professional, quick and perfect service! I brought my bike to three different places before coming here, each of them sent me away because my bike “was not worth fixing”, but Bikebazi fixed my bike perfectly and at an affordable price, I’m sooo happy!! Thank you very much!

I love this kind of shop. When you enter you can feel the passion the owner has for bicycles. He mainly makes custom bicycle builds and also has a repair service (as long as it's not completely broken) He doesn't sell used bikes, only new. He can speak English. 10/10 Recommended
