Obviously, they have no interest in selling bicycles here. I was on hold for 45 minutes. There's only one possibility: either they don't want to make phone calls, or it's a sham company that doesn't even exist. According to their website, they're open on Saturdays from 10 am to 7 pm. That can only be a scam. So beware of this seller.

Anyone who thinks they'll get decent support if there's a problem under warranty is sorely mistaken. My hoverboard stopped working after four months, customer service is a rip-off, they refuse warranty claims, demand payment for inspections, and don't respond to emails for weeks. I'd rather just buy cheap stuff from Amazon.

NO recommendation to buy - TERRIBLE support - Stay away from Bluewheel bicycles!!!!! In November 2021, I ordered two folding bikes (BW_BX55_BL_10_01 and BW_BXB_WT10_01) which were delivered in December 2021. By May 2022, the displays on both bikes were leaking and contained moisture. This marked the beginning of an endless series of terrible customer support issues that continue to this day! To be clear, the displays on the bikes are still leaking! I reported the display problems to customer support in May 2022. After about four weeks and a lot of email correspondence, I received two new displays under warranty. On June 30, 2022, I discovered that the new displays were also leaking. This was documented with photos, which have now been sent to Bluewheel a total of 14 times via email and the internet. After complaining to management, I was contacted quickly via email and given a new contact person, but I haven't received any further response to this day. It seems the employees at Bluewheel are overwhelmed. I'm still riding around with leaky displays.

The selection and advice are good, however, the products are marked up considerably. For the devices I looked at, it was about 6% off the manufacturer's price, including shipping. For example, the Bluewheel Bike was €1198 in the store but only €1098 directly from the manufacturer. And there's no discount or difference in delivery price, as most devices are ordered for the store, which then serves only as a showroom. But it fulfills this purpose well, hence the 4 stars.

Our daughter has a BlueWheel hoverboard. It worked perfectly for 1.5 years. Then, suddenly, it stopped working, and she fell off. Since that day, I've been trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement or spare parts from Sportstech Brands/Bluewheel. The company is vehemently refusing to help. Their service is a disaster! While one employee says they'll send a return label for repair, the next says it's a warranty case and must be replaced, and the next one... "NO! It hasn't been proven that the hoverboard was still working after 6 months – so there's nothing we can do." After much persistence, we finally got information from Sportstech Brands/Bluewheel about a company that would do the repairs. After a phone call with this company, we were told that they just send the hoverboards back to Bluewheel – since they don't issue spare parts! And besides, it's still under warranty! ... I'm very disappointed with this company – I definitely CANNOT recommend it!! When it works, it's a great board – but as soon as you need service, you'll be very disappointed!! Yet they advertise it as a "German quality product"...

I ordered a Bluewheel HX510 hoverboard on May 13, 2020, and immediately canceled the contract within three days, returning the hoverboard. The package wasn't even opened, as we were at the newly opened store in Munich and had already purchased the hoverboard there. On the phone, I received unprofessional answers and no information about the status of the refund. They don't respond to emails at all. The cancellation policy explicitly states, "If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt." But for them, it doesn't matter! So, never again Bluewheel...
