Terrible assembly service! Terrible after-sales service! I bought a cross trainer with assembly from Cardiofitness Online for €2,290.10 (!!), a high-quality Kettler "HOI CROSS PRO" machine. The machine was assembled incorrectly and still doesn't work properly! Everything squeaks and the hand controls still don't work! After endless discussions, I was told to troubleshoot using the instruction manual... EVEN THOUGH I bought the machine WITH assembly included! This is absolutely outrageous! I would never buy any exercise equipment from them! You can definitely save yourself the €239.00 assembly fee!

I ordered a power tower online. Customer service was very friendly, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The individual parts were extremely well packaged, so no damage was possible. The instructions were very easy to understand. All in all, excellent!

We were promised a delivery time of two weeks for a Kettler exercise bike. This turned into almost five weeks, and the unit delivered today is also defective. It's making strange noises that are unacceptable. If it isn't replaced with a new, working unit as soon as possible, I will cancel the purchase. Very disappointing overall.

My family drove all the way from Würzburg to Marco's shop in Munich because we had a good feeling from the start that he would provide competent advice. This was 100% confirmed on site: with great patience and by answering all our questions, he was ultimately able to recommend the perfect device for us. Especially when you're aware that you're not buying some run-of-the-mill Asian product here, but that quality comes at a price, you're in the best hands with his professional advice.

As a complete novice, I ended up in the cardio fitness shop looking for a rowing machine and met Ms. Rau there. With incredible patience and expertise, she patiently answered all my questions. Her competence, combined with her friendliness, made the consultation a truly positive experience. I would have loved to take the machine home with me right then and there, but it wasn't in stock. Today, I signed the purchase agreement with an equally competent and friendly colleague, and the equipment will be assembled at my home sometime this week.

The Worst Experience of my Life,,,, Unfortunately very very poor service, I don't know how they are surviving in this business !? Very Lousy Way of dealing, Specially I am facing Delivery problem, I bought Jim equipment on 06/05/2022 for two different destinations, One was delivered with the delay of 45 days for Paris,France, Even I collected myself from warehouse in paris & 2nd shipment until now not shipped, No any solid reason, Every time different answer, I hope my this poor rating for this company will open the eyes of CEO or Owners or whoever concerned person at least will follow up with the Front desk & office staff,,, I am sure they are well paid but why customer service like this, People like them make the company Bankrupt ,Very Unfortunately to say,,,, I wish even if could take a legal action against them rather than posting here, My invoice # 700018859 Dated: 06.05.2022.

These guys are great to work with. I needed multiple visits before making my decision to buy a Tuff Stuff Multistation and each time I received excellent advice, tailored to the kinds of sports I was eventually planning. I'm really happy with the multistation and I very highly recommend this shop further.
