Horrible experience with the service. I took my XC skis there explicitly so that they would repair the scratched ski base. It took them 2 weeks and they didn't even repair it, instead they only did a "small service" which obviously doesn't contain base repair. This was not at all agreed upon. On top of that, I asked them to setup the ski bindings on my alpine skis. After a few days, they called that the binding was not compatible with the shoes. This was of course my fault, so I bought replacement soles that would make them compatible, exactly as they advised me. After another week, I called them to check on the progress. They proceeded to tell me again that the shoes are not compatible and had no idea that I had already brought the correct soles to the shop. I had the same conversation about three times now. Absolute lack of professionalism and horrible communication between the staff.

Shopping at Decathlon is always worthy, especially for people like me who are beginners in sports. I always find what I need for great quality and decent prices. In this shop in particular, what made my experience stellar was the professionalism and advice of wonder GIULIA! This lady knows her job and is fantastic with clients. She assisted with professionalism and friendliness, a perfect combo. She’s a real asset for the store.

It's a really good store, you get everything here, for sports and winter clothes, the price is also okay 😊

I needed some new ski gear, but was confused on what to get specifically, what size the outfits should be and what price I should aim for. The staff guided me very well, gave some advice on what I needed and kindly explained everything

The store itself is nice, but stay away from the servicepoint for bikes. On my bike they took 2 weeks to fix one spoke and added 15€ to the bill for unwanted "brake adjustment" (my brake worked just fine before). Also the shifting now needs adjustment as it works much worse than before (probably because they did not transport it properly to their service location).

Nice place to buy sports goods and sport apparels. They have a great website and a wide selection of sports apparel. The Munich branch has a good selection of winter sport articles. The prices are lower than many other similar shops. I bought good quality winter boots for 2 year old kid. Very satisfied.

Quality products are available at Decathlon, and the staff speaks both English and good German. You can ask them any questions to clear your doubts and enjoy shopping, especially if you bring your kids.

really bad service at a very chaotic store with items and sizes all over the place and a very distinctive smell of plastic. the quick self-checkouts that scan your purchase automatically were the only thing that brought some relief to this uncomfortable experience.

THE worst Decathlon I’ve ever been. All shoes with mixed sizes, clothes is not where it supposed to be, employees are very busy and don’t answer the questions. It is absolutely impossible to find something you came for. And always total MESS in the shop. You can see it on the photos - where should dance wear is the shoes, etc.
