Decathlon really scrapping the bottom of the barrel to get their bike employees. I was there on Wednesday, 25/2 around 9.30 am. The guy who attended me was the most rude and incompetent person I've seen repairing bikes. There was a problem with attaching my back wheel back into the frame so I went to rhis store. The guy just says "You broke it!". Fortunately, he also decided to be partially useful and say I needed a new axle acorn, which he apparently did not have in the store. Then, he put my wheel back into the frame but did it in a way that the brakes touched on a wheel, slowing it down. I called this to his attention and he adjusted it without fixing the problem. According to other reviews, this kind of rude and incompetent handling is far from an isolated case at this store.

Got the best advice from Sophie on skiing equipment. She was so patient with my wife, daughter and I and got us sorted with great value gear. In particular I appreciated the attention to safety and ensuring the skis were the right speed so we all have a great vacation. Thanks Sophie for taking the stress out of a big spend decision!

Just the best service. Got my ski bindings sorted out in 20min. Say and Marko (Michael) are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. My wife also got skis here and we are super happy.

Frustrated with the shopping I just did. I use to go to Decathlon to buy my gears and also to look around the news. Not sure if it's a new rule but I use simoly to show that I did some shopping and get my parking ticket validated. Just after being politely treated in the cashiers and get to ask if my parking ticket could be validated... also showing my hands that I have done a shopping. Totally rude the person simply starts asking how much did I spent... Well! You know how to treat customers. Very subtle way of speaking to people... But for a 22 euros quick shopping. Also with a look around the store. Bad experience. Why should we ask to validate the ticket... at first looks like we are begging for it. Put it in the cashiers automatically. First there is the need for begging... later if you do not apply to the rule written somewhere in short you get rudeness of your people.

Great experience every time. Prices are also reasonable and the staff is very polite and helping. Quecha brand items are very good and affordable.

I purchased a bike lock from Decathlon – MONA Center two days ago and went back to the store to return it. Although the product was unused, the staff at the counter refused to process my return. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me with the impression that my request was not treated fairly, possibly because I am not from Germany/Europe. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, especially from a brand that is known for customer service and accessibility.

Great place for all your sports needs. They offer all kinds of equipment and clothing for summer, winter, water, snow, running, hiking or hunting sports and more. Good variety, price for value and service. Staff is friendly, place is clean and well organised. You can also pick up online orders and try on-site. The biggest store in Munich compared to the others. Yet, compared to the big full-building stores it's about 80% of that size.

This decathlon is so big, 10 times bigger than the Stachus one. Also, the have a lot of sports stuff for good price. It is smaller than sports check at marienplatz, but it is also cheaper in price. I liked this place though. They also have a lot of bicycle options, but I was not able to find ice skating shoes. I'd totally recommend this place though. I was also not able to find e-scooter, but there was normal scooters and e-bikes. Simple Fahrrad starting from 200€.

Decathlon has been a "category killer" in the fitness- and sporting goods business all over Europe. We visited this new store in the Olympia Einkaufszentrum on opening day Very large and extensive on three floors Lots of very cheap house brands and much less selection of traditional brands We couldn't find any youth soccer team jerseys Some stuff is very inexpensive: men's jogging shorts or swimming suits for below 5 Euro, for example The place was very busy on opening day Bottom line: a valuable alternative to traditional high-end sporting goods stores for the value conscious customer
