I just cycled past because my chain desperately needed oil. He said he only had wax, but that it was much better. I asked several times if there were any disadvantages. He always said no. I applied it right away. Now I'm reading at home that you have to degrease the chain very thoroughly before the first use (it wasn't on the bottle). And apparently, there are a few other disadvantages to chain wax. The salesman saw me coming with my bike. Either he had no clue or he didn't care. Of course, I should have just Googled it. But I thought I could trust the salesman's expertise in this kind of situation. I would have been better off spending 20 eggs at the farm vending machine with those €8. Does anyone actually need chain wax?

I received excellent help on Nymphenburger Straße. The shifter box on my 7-speed internal gear hub was broken. The gears were stuck in 6th and 7th gear and I couldn't shift them anymore. I had previously been to another workshop. They said they wouldn't repair it because "it might break completely, etc." Total nonsense. They probably didn't know much about internal gear hubs. 😡 At the bike shop, they replaced my shifter box and the gears are working again. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

On my way to work, the gear shifter on my 9-year-old bike fell apart. So I went looking for a quick fix. I found it here. I had a used gear shifter installed for a good price and the gears adjusted. Very sustainable, because it doesn't always have to be something new! Thanks for the good and fast service!

I was able to bring my bike in at very short notice because I had a flat tire. I was able to pick it up in the evening, and it had been properly repaired and serviced. It rides much better than before. Thank you for the excellent, spontaneous service!

My bike had a badly bent rear wheel. I called and was able to come in the next day. The service was excellent; the mechanic took a look and gave a very conservative estimate. Two days later, I was able to pick up the bike in perfect working order. They trued the wheel, saving me money and helping the environment. Simply fantastic! Thank you for the friendly atmosphere, the top-notch service, and the helpful advice!

Great shop! I needed pedals, a different saddle, and a bell (for a new bike) – everything was done within a few hours. Really great price, and they also checked the gears, tightened the screws, and pumped up the tires for free. Super friendly salespeople, I'm completely satisfied! Highly recommended!! Thanks to the great team :).

This is where I buy my bicycles and have them repaired. For nearly 20 years I have had nothing but excellent and friendly service here. A bike shop you can trust!
