I was going there for the last 3 years but NEVER AGAIN. 2-3 days ago i left my bike there for service. One of the workers called me, he was extremely rude using words like ''your bike is shit, don't bring again your shit bike here'' etc. and he just told me that he can't fix it, and that he caused extra damage on it. He broke 2 spokes. Instead of even apologising for that, he continued being rude..And the best part??? When i went to take my bike, they had also destroyed the bicycle's brake on the rear wheel. I drove back home with only 1 brake working. It's unbelievable...Its the worst experience i have ever faced as a costumer. Be careful who you trust with your bikes and who you give your money to. There are much better service stations with friendly and not rude and disrespectful employees.. I reply to your answer: First of all, the rude person on the phone, did not tell me that you fixed anything.. He just said that while you were working on my bike, 2 more spokes broke.He did not even tell me anything about the brake that broke too. I discovered it when i picked up my bike. Additionally, the brakes weren't damaged/broken when i brought the bike.They weren't working 100%, but they were working. I mentioned it to the person who picked up the bike. No brake was broken before. It's a big difference here. So i think we should't even talk about if you charged me or not since you didn't fix my bike and you even caused more damages on it. Seconldy and most important, my problem wasnt that you could not fix my bike, or the damages you caused on the bike. I already mentioned that. The problem was only your employee who was so rude on the phone. He even hung up on me while i was still talking to him. What customer service is that? Saying to your customers ''your bike is shit'', ''take your shit bike and dont bring it here again'', ''hanging up the phone, etc''? That's really unacceptable. I am really annoyed, i was coming to you since 2022 and i experienced such behavior. It's really sad..

Hello Nik, we are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. And if there were any instances of rudeness, we sincerely apologize.<br><br>From our perspective, however, the situation appears somewhat different. You brought your bike to us because of a wobble in the wheel and the resulting malfunctioning brakes. When inspecting your bike, our colleagues told you that we would be happy to attempt a repair, but couldn't guarantee its success. We were able to replace two spokes, but two more broke during the truing process. This is due to the already severely damaged wheel. The same applies to the malfunctioning brake, which simply couldn't function with this damaged wheel. So, as discussed, we attempted a repair, which was unsuccessful due to the condition of the bicycle. However, the condition of the bike did not worsen as a result of our attempt, as you described. And we didn't charge you anything. You didn't give us any money! We then informed you that further attempts would not improve the situation. You were unable or unwilling to understand this. As mentioned, we are very sorry that you perceived this as impolite, but we consider it our duty to advise customers against repairs that are not worthwhile, especially from a practical standpoint. * AVOID AT ALL COSTS * For anyone looking to have their bike repaired, please avoid using Doctor Bike. Unfortunately, I have experienced first hand how poor their service is. After replacing both brake sets, both front and rear brakes make an horrendous noise whilst under braking and are very delayed. The bike makes a whistle sound as I ride. The rear gear set also broke the day after they’d had my bike. Despite paying €185 for a new tyre, two new brakes and sealant, my bike has been returned to me in worse condition than when they received it. I tried to contact them to discuss but their only solution was to revisit the store. As I am bikepacking, I am unable to do so and therefore they have washed their hands of any responsibility.

The rear wheel had to be changed on my electric bike. It all worked wonderfully and quickly. However, the Doctor Bike staff had forgotten to connect a cable, which I only realised later, so I had to go back again.

Excellent and honest bike service - done professionally. I booked online, dropped off the bike and was clearly informed of what was needed and given clear advise that some of the changes didnt need immediate action but something to watch for. No fear, uncertainty, doubt creation and my bike was ready for a lovely afternoon ride 3 hours after I dropped it off.

1-day service is perfect, didn't have to wait for weeks until my bike would get some attention. After some repair has been done ans some smaller parts changed feels like a new one. Would definitely recommend.
