Able to explain the problem in English. Fair cost estimate given. If the cost would turn out higher I would receive a call. Luckily it was within the price range and immediately fixed the same day.

* AVOID AT ALL COSTS * Had an issue with my bike after letting the Leonrodstraße branch take a look. Someone from this store called me about the issue and was extremely rude. Tried to explain how the bike had required minor work but hadn’t been done satisfactory however the person continuously tried to wash his hands of the issue before hanging up. Very rude and poor customer service. Not what you expect when paying €185 for works.

A pedal spontaneously came off of my cargo e-bike while bringing my kids home from school and I stopped at a shop nearby and they were not kind or helpful. I walked the bike a bit further down to Doctor Bike and the staff there were so kind and helpful and were immediately able to fix my pedal on the spot. I am so grateful for the service and kindness, as I was able to continue my journey home with my kids. Thank you!! 🏆💪🏽👏🏽

Awesome service, merci beaucoup. I got a spoke changed, could get my bike back the same day, the staffs are friendly and looks cool, I recommend

one of the worst customer experience ever! People seem to be disorganised and although it was not 12 pm yet they wanted to push back my request (although it is clearly written 10am - 12pm on the front door). I needed to come 3 times and every time explained the same thing to a different person. I got the impression that changing a tyre & tube requires magic skills. Eventually the tyre and tube have been changed, but with the wrong ending of the tube! I do not recommend this place at all.

Someone took a valve off our front tire and we took it to doctor Bike as they were the only ones open on Monday. Not only did the staff install the new valve and reset the tire, but did not charge for it. That to me is great customer service. We left a tip in their tip jar.
