I received very friendly and competent advice from Babita and Mike. My bindings were expertly mounted on my new skis. They even verified the release settings, which was a first for me with a pin binding. Thanks again to the team.

Bought a pair of ski pants and wanted to return them as they did not fit. The pants were not used, still with labels on and so on. They did not accept the return. later edit: after several discussions i was able to return and get refound....as a favour. Shop has a good service but be aware about their return policy.

I visited the store last week because I've been getting pressure sores on my shins for years, and the pain was really ruining my enjoyment of ski touring. I was hoping something could be done about it. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. They warmed up and adjusted the liner for me, and I've been able to do three pain-free tours since then—it's fantastic! Why didn't I go sooner?! I was able to just drop in (no appointment necessary), and it wasn't busy at all, so I didn't even have to wait. The service was free, and the atmosphere in the store was truly welcoming. That's what I call customer service—thank you so much!

I had one of my ski touring boots (4 years old) repaired there; a cable on the buckle had broken. The boot was sent in and repaired within a week – free of charge! The service and communication in the shop were excellent; all my questions, for example, about the leash (I was missing a ring from the binding's leash), were answered immediately, and they even included the ring (plus two spare rings) free of charge. Thanks for that! 😀 I highly recommend this store! Moritz

Excellent advice and outstanding service! Great products that truly fulfill their purpose and impress in use! I ripped the pocket off my freeride pants during a fall. They repaired it free of charge within a very short time! Where else do you find service like that? Many thanks again!

I've recently purchased several Dynafit products and am very happy with them! I use the Munich store every now and then to check out the new products, and I've also shopped there several times. The staff here are super helpful and knowledgeable. This summer, I got a hole in my hardshell jacket and sent it in for repair through the Munich store. The staff took excellent care of everything, and Dynafit even repaired the jacket free of charge as a goodwill gesture. It couldn't be better! Thank you so much, keep up the good work!
