Perfect experience. Fast, friendly, affordable. Waited for 20mins to have a smaller repair done. I'll be back with whatever bike-needs I'll have in the future.

So far, I've been twice with my bicycle at this shop and they served me well. Today, I came in with a front and back light that did not work. The sales person found a loose wire, reconnected it on the lamp, and the matter was fixed in one minute :-) This is what I call service and I hope they can keep it up for the next 30 years since the shop has been around for 30 years already.

Very friendly and competent people. Unfortunately they are the victim of their success and you should make an appointment for having your bike checked or repaired.

After an accident I pushed my bike to the shop fearing that I will leave a fortune there for the repair, as the chain was off, the luggage rack was broken, the back tyre seemed aslant, and going reverse wasjust not possible at all. But the mechanic brought it back after not even 5 minutes, the bycicle works ever since, and he didn't even allowe me to pay. He was happy that I was back on the road again, he said. So I scrapped together the coins I could find in my pocket (cause at times like that I won't have money on me off course...) to give him at least a tip. And a big thank you here!

Went here three times over the years with different bikes. Always had fast, good service and excellent advice. Fixed the elongated chain on an old bike and made it work pleasantly again where another store said that the whole frame needed swapping out. Can recommend. Can get very busy.

Very friendly and capable service. I have been there with my bike almost falling apart and they were so nice to take me immediately. You should have a reservation though. The price was also very fair.

My bike got damaged on the way to work. One of my colleagues recommended the place. I walked in, without appointment (Dec 10th, 2015). Here's what happened. * They test rode the bike. * Diagnosed the problems. * Explained what could be repaired. * Offered me a selection of replacement components from stock (different price/standard paradigm). * Provided me with a cost estimate, which turned out to be both accurate and competitive. * Told me that they could make the bike ready by the end of that very working day. * Then, DELIVERED on that promise. The service was good. The standard of work was excellent. The price was competitive. Most important of all, they delivered what they promised.

DONT GO THERE ! I was a client from Dynamo Fahrradservice, but one day I asked for a pump because I had a flat tire and the answer was : "NO! People are stealing pump from us" I could not believe my ears, I was treated like a thief, and just for some air. I think there are nice people in the staff, but the boss misses the meaning of customer services.

I am new in Munich, recently bought a used bicycle. The problem with bicycle was that the rear wheel cone and bearing was damaged. First I approached another shop, they quoted me 40 euro for wheel and 25 euro service charge (wheel setup and small gear adjustment) so I approached this shop. these people are very honest and expert. they fixed these problems in reasonable price - 20 euro. Sometime some people seems rude to us but in my opinion Honesty and excellence are most important factors which I found with Dynamo people.
