I bought my e-MTB from vit:bikes in Munich and I'm absolutely thrilled. From the initial consultation to the final handover, everything was perfect. The team takes their time, listens carefully, and finds the perfect bike for you – without any stress or sales pressure, but with a wealth of expertise. The handover was also excellent: everything was clearly explained, perfectly adjusted, and you can tell that true bike professionals with a passion for their work are at the helm. On top of that, all the staff are incredibly friendly, and you feel truly valued and well taken care of as a customer. Highly recommended!

My partner and I were introduced to Vitbikes and Orbea through friends. After a smooth appointment for measurements and a consultation, the welcome was incredibly friendly, and they took plenty of time to address any health limitations and our individual needs. For several weeks now, we've been the proud and extremely happy owners of our new Orbea Terra. A huge thank you goes to Patrick and Yilmaz, who were always there for us and provided exceptional support throughout the entire process. I can highly recommend Vitbikes to anyone who appreciates professional advice and wants to build their own custom bike. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.

Well, where do I begin… After watching some videos on YouTube about VitBikes and Orbea, it quickly became clear to us that we wanted to visit their shop in Thalkirchen. First impressions are always the most important, and what can I say? I've rarely encountered such a friendly and dedicated salesperson. Yilmatz Tilki took a lot of time for us. We configured our two "Team 21M" gravel bikes with him directly on the computer screen. We were also measured using computer technology. Which is probably quite rare in other shops. About four weeks later, we were informed that the bikes were ready for pickup. The pickup itself was very friendly, as if we were part of the VitBikes team. Patrick Pfitzner, the owner of VitBikes, took care of everything very competently. A day later, we drove to Grenoble, where I decided to cycle up the Bastille on the very steep hiking trail. Which worked perfectly with these bikes – effortlessly. The road down the back, with its 30% gradient where the pros used to ride up during the Tour de France, was perfect for breaking in the brakes. What can I say? All in all, we're extremely happy with the Orbeas, and we've found a bike shop we can confidently visit. Thank you, Yilmatz and Patrick! 🙏 We'll definitely recommend you.

I visited this shop a few times in October 2025 and was impressed every time! The team is always friendly, helpful, and really takes their time. I've even been helped with small issues or questions for free on several occasions – that's not a given these days. You also always get honest and competent advice on everything to do with bikes. Highly recommended!

Patrick's advice was very friendly and competent. However, I ultimately opted for a subscription bike from Riese and Müller. The transaction was handled just as friendly and professionally. I highly recommend Patrick and the other staff. The bike shop also stands out from other bike shops. It has a very tidy appearance, which makes for a great place to shop.

Expert advice and honest recommendations – that's exactly how it should be! We chose a new bicycle for my wife at vit:bikes in Munich. From the very beginning, we received a very friendly welcome and expert advice. They took the time to understand our requirements precisely – both in terms of comfort and design. After a brief selection process, it was quickly clear: we had found the perfect bike! The order was placed directly in the store, and we're already looking forward to receiving the perfect bike in just a few weeks. A particularly positive aspect: Even though they didn't currently have any suitable children's bikes in stock, they didn't simply refer us elsewhere, but proactively recommended colleagues in Munich who specialize in children's models. This demonstrates genuine customer focus – extending beyond the sale itself. Top store, excellent service, highly recommended!

I received excellent technical advice from Lukas about different models. Very nice and professional staff, that take themselves time for their customers, take measures, etc. and, very importantly, are NOT pushy at all. They offered to reserve the bike - no need for commitment, which I learned is not self-evident at bike stores in Munich. I am very happy with my E-bike from Stevens. :-D
