Friendly and honest staff. Fair prices. Hope the business runs for a long time and the bike shop doesn't turn into another LAP cafe chain!

I stopped by on a whim to get my tires and tubes changed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; less than three hours after dropping off my bike, I received a WhatsApp notification that it was ready for pickup. Super fast service, the price was absolutely reasonable, if not downright cheap, and the work was top-notch.

I took my girlfriend's bike in for repair because the rear derailleur was bent. It was inspected immediately, and the new part was ordered (as soon as it was available). Plus, the repair was really inexpensive. Really friendly and great service. Thank you so much :))

I can 100% recommend the shop and workshop. Very friendly service, they take their time with the customer. The service from Jobrad is always very quick and, even to a layperson, very well executed: The bike rides like new again after pickup. They were also very helpful in advising me on purchasing my own tools/accessories for servicing an older road bike. I always leave the shop with a very good feeling. Thank you very much, I'll be back! :)

The best bike shop in Munich! I sometimes come here when I have issues with my road bike. Even though I don’t speak German they go out of their way to help me in English. The prices are reasonable, and they help with any concern you might have. Would always recommend!

Bad service and judgment. Heard a couple of times from them, that a certain part can't be repaired - which turned out completely wrong after I went to other shops. Lazy!
