Incredibly competent, honest, and friendly service from Mrs. Schanderl and her son. She examines your feet and immediately knows which shoe is right for you. She has extensive expertise and a genuine passion for her work. She remains calm and friendly even when 10 people suddenly appear in the small shop and things get hectic. In the background, Mr. Schanderl is busy mounting and sharpening the skate blades. A fantastic family business, highly recommended!

I spontaneously visited the shop today; it was very busy, but Ms. Schanderl still took plenty of time to provide me with excellent and highly competent advice. Despite the large crowd, Mr. Schanderl sharpened the skates I had chosen for me right away. I am very grateful to him for that. This allowed me to enjoy an unforgettable skating experience on Lake Spitzingsee with my new skates that very same day. Highly recommended!

The last reliable ice sports store in Bavaria. I've been a regular figure skater for 15 years now and can confidently say that you definitely get the best service here. The Schanderl team provides reliable service and advice to their customers, drawing on their considerable experience. Some negative reviews mentioned long waiting times or a rude tone. Ultimately, it's best to avoid longer consultations on weekends, as that's when things get really busy during skating sessions. You're treated with as much friendliness and respect as you give. Therefore, I can only say that I received excellent service and was treated kindly, even though school groups and a constant stream of new customers were coming in. I left the store with a pair of inline skates and a pair of figure skates and will definitely be back. This is one of the last decent stores where you're served without rehearsed sales tactics, with genuine experience and direct assistance. 5 stars!

Best ice skating shoes shop in Munich! I wanted to buy a shoes for my sister and I actually know what I am going to buy so I called them beforehand to ask if my sister’s size is available. The person behind the phone said it is available and i told him that I’ll be there in around an hour. When we arrived there were a few people in the line so we waited and suddenly he handed me the shoes that my sister wanted, already sharpened! So I believe after I called, he immediately sharpened it to get it ready for me which is amazing service in my opinion! Waited for him to be done with the others and I immediately told him that I am taking the shoes and he asked to make sure that the shoes fit for my sister’s skill level and even explained that it might be snug the first time and how to not make it snug later on, and how to properly wear the shoes. The man was just very detailed, passionate, and skilled in these stuff. We also got the blade covers and the shoes bag at the end. Will always recommend the place to buy these things!

My favorite skate shop! Very professional, friendly, kid-friendly and so patient. Super quick mounting and sharpening. I've been a happy customer since I came here for the first time. 🤍⛸️
