I picked up my new gravel bike from Energysource today. After a bike fitting before ordering and two fine adjustments after delivery, the bike fits perfectly. I've bought new road bikes from other retailers before and received good service there as well. The team around Christoph Näger at Energysource is truly exceptional. You can tell they know what they're doing. Their desire to sell customers a truly well-fitting bike isn't just marketing hype; it's a genuine and implemented company philosophy. Whether you're a beginner or an ambitious athlete, I think everyone is in good hands here.

I bought pedals, shoes, a helmet, and a bottle cage at Energysource Munich and received excellent advice. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and help me with my selection. At the end, they even gave me a discount on everything – an added bonus. I felt very well looked after here and would be happy to come back. In conclusion: Energysource Munich is highly recommended – competent advice, fair prices, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Probably one of the best shops I have encountered in a while. The store looks clean and inviting. The Shop crew around Chris is simply amazing and they try to always take care of your issue right away if possible. When I came in for a new Bike, Chris spent 2 hours showing me everything and talking through options until we found the right fit for me. There was no test bike in my size but he prepped a smaller bike to almost the same spec so I could have a short testride anyways. When the decision was made he was sure to take care of all the modifications at no extra cost when the bike came (shorter cranks, smaller handlebar, longer stem) All in all, this is exactly what visiting a store should feel like in my opinion. Thank you so much. My new ride is awesome.

I recently purchased a 2025 model Cervelo P5 from Energysource Triathlon Shop in Munich, and my experience was exceptional. During my initial inquiries, the shop owner, Christoph, answered all my questions and offered valuable insights to help me choose the right bike for my upcoming races. Upon arriving at the shop, I was warmly welcomed, and Christoph took my measurements using a Retül like system to ensure an accurate fit. Together, we found the perfect bike size that suited both my measurements and riding style. Despite it being a busy time, the team assembled my Cervelo P5 within hours. Christoph then made fine adjustments while I was on the bike, optimizing my position for both aerodynamics and comfort. He also assisted with packing the bike securely for my return flight, providing detailed instructions for reassembly at home. Additionally, he supplied a tax-free document to facilitate my VAT refund. I greatly appreciated Christoph's expertise and friendly support. By far, Energysource is the best triathlon shop you can find. They excel not only in terms of equipment purchase but also in providing exceptional post-sales service. Chris and the Energysource team have a deep understanding of triathletes' real needs and offer excellent treatment. I highly recommend Energysource to anyone who loves bike riding or triathlon, regardless of their skill level.
