During my ride, my bicycle tire became badly bent and got stuck on the frame, making it impossible to continue. I came here, and the owner immediately recognized the problem and fixed it within a minute. Incredibly fast and professional service! Very friendly, helpful, and competent. This is exactly the kind of bicycle service you want. Highly recommended!

I wish there were more bike shops like this. They're always my saviors in times of need – friendly, competent, fast, and uncomplicated, without any pressure to buy anything. Incredibly great service, highly recommended, and all at more than fair prices.

Super friendly, uncomplicated, and helpful. I came in with a flat tire, received excellent advice, and was even allowed to repair it myself (which was my wish). If there were more bike shops like this, I'd have far fewer tools cluttering up my basement. Thank you so much!

My first choice when it comes to bicycles and repairs/maintenance. I've been a customer for many years (2 road bikes + 2 city bikes), and no matter what problem I have with Attila and Michi, my problem is always quickly solved, and the bike works even better afterward than before. And all this at a more than reasonable price.

I called the shop for bike repair and I received the appointment for the next day. I dropped off the bike in the morning and received it in the afternoon. The cost of repair and material was communicated very clearly in the beginning itself. The owner was courteous and friendly. They also filled up the tires and oiled up the chain. Overall reasonable pricing and great service ! Would definitely recommend this bike shop :)

Arrogant and useless - It seems forgotten what it means to serve customers. My impressions on my 3 visits: " we don't change internal cables.." " we don't do tubeless.." "this bike is not worth to repair" Not recommended!

We politely informed them that we don't perform the repairs mentioned on that particular bike. Why the customer then came back three more times is a mystery to us. Have a good ride anyway! 👍

Excellent service. Went in the morning before opening hour, yet the owner's shop spent 20 mn helping me fixing bike without sharing me more than the replacement part.

Lot has been done there so lots has to be said! August 2020 I'm new in Munich and naively I went to nearby shops to see who can deal with full service on my cargo bike (Bullitt - mechanical). Important to say, there was a lot to be done. I can and I do a lot on bikes, but this time I was out: Internal hub gears were a mess, my disc brakes bent and losing oil, I wasn't even sure what is cracking bottom brackets or chain or axel... MOst of the nearby shops wouldn't even look at the bike they didn't sell. So I came across Gegenwind and I've noticed some other cargo bikes in front. Guys, really busy but friendly within possibilities offered me a term in five weeks!! What?! I did accept it since I was off to holidays anyway. My day has arrived and I brought in my bike at 9AM. One or two mechanics worked on it the whole day and at 4PM it was done. They've done everything. My bike is now better and more optimised to me than when I first bought it and adjusted it to my specifications myself. One who rides a lot knows what that means. There was not a single mechanical moving part these guys did not work on. And I am not saying they just exchanged for new parts! No, repair, exchange and service! The bill I had to pay was big, cause there was so many new stuff I had to exchange (disks, pads, oils, cogs, chain... front brake completely new since I ripped it apart, new cranks...) But the price I paid for the work, "hands" what one says, was completely fair and reasonable. Bottom line, they've resurrected my Bullitt amazingly and I feel I need to say thanks, again! My four year old was impressed how "new" it was. She even noticed it... I've already arranged I am coming back there with my Tri bike and was already given advice how to save money for the repair it needs. Sure, there are better or worst days to deal with clients, but these guys know their ... bikes! Personal opinion, I am coming back
