I'm absolutely thrilled with this bike service! The owner is an older gentleman with an incredible amount of experience, expertise, and above all, heart. You can immediately tell that he's passionate about his work. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and works very carefully and conscientiously. My bike was repaired quickly and professionally, and it rides like new again. I especially appreciated the honest advice – they don't try to sell you anything unnecessary, but only do what's truly necessary. Such friendliness, competence, and personal dedication are sadly rare these days. I'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop! Thank you so much for the fantastic work! 🚲✨

Very friendly on the phone. They replaced a spoke on one of the wheels of my Thule bike trailer the same day. The price was also reasonable. I'd gladly use them again.

The mechanic was friendly, but the workshop seemed messy. Unfortunately, the problems with my road bike weren't fixed, so I returned several times. Communication was inadequate – for example, when parts were replaced without prior consultation. The repair took three weeks, and even my new chain was covered in dog hair after the work. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I was extremely impressed by George's service and professionalism. After my bicycle broke down, he immediately offered to help me. Without an appointment or long waiting times, he repaired my bike quickly and at a very reasonable price. George is a true Bavarian: direct, honest, and extremely competent. The quality of his work is outstanding. I particularly appreciate his friendly manner with his customers. I've even developed a friendship with him. George doesn't just seek out customers; he also cultivates valuable relationships. Confidentiality is very important to him, which is especially crucial in such matters. He truly deserves this praise. I highly recommend his shop, Fahrradhütte, located at Bingener Str. 43, 80993 Munich. The shop is situated between the Moosach and Fasanerie districts.

Simply fantastic. Schorschi, the owner, is a super nice guy who is passionate about repairing bikes. He got my bike back to "just rolled out of the factory" condition, and at a more than just fair price. I've found my regular repair shop. 100% recommended.
