Excellent service. I needed my Campaignolo freehub body to be replaced and a new large chainring for my racing bike. It was done within the time stated and I was told by SMS that the bike was ready and I could pick it up. Price is reasonable. They are knowledgeable and professional. I am happy to support small bike shops.

Dear customer, we think this review is very unfair but this time we'll let the readers decide. The story behind the review: It was fifteen minutes before closing time and there were 5 customers in and out of the store. I was just handing over a repair when a customer interrupted me and said that his chain had jumped out. I said please let me do the handover then I'll come to you immediately. When I was done I looked at the bike and realized pretty quickly that the chain hadn't come out normally, which we usually do right away. The chain was jammed between the bottom bracket and the chain guard mount and couldn't move a millimeter. So you would have had to remove the crank and the chain guard to solve the problem. Because we were extremely stressed and many other customers were still waiting, I apologized several times and offered the customer that he could leave the bike with us and pick it up the next day, which is respectable at the current time anyway , since very long waiting times are normal. The customer said that he needed it immediately and I apologized again and unfortunately said that it wasn't possible because it was too complicated. Then we said goodbye and I see the one star rating. We always try our best and try to make everything possible for our customers and if at some point it just doesn't work anymore because it's too extreme and we then apologize a thousand times to the customer, are we a bad bike shop? Now the question is, is it fair?

Note for the future foreign customers: I am foreign and as you can imagine it is sometimes hard to find these kinds of local stores in Munich because many of them are pretty old-school. Here is my story. My seat post had gotten stuck into the seat tube and I couldn't take it off. It was really frustrating. I've visited that store and they've fixed it in less than 3 hours. Plus, they let you know the price and pick-up date via SMS when your repair is completed. Yeap, it seems like a small thing but people who live in Munich understand. :D You know... Sometimes you bring your bike to a store and you have to call them every 3 days to learn about the status. So overall, my experience was 10 out of 10. I recommend that bike shop without any doubt. Visit Alex's store if you need any help with your bike!
