My flat tire wasn't repaired on Saturday. This was very annoying for me in an emergency situation.
Owner's response
A flat tire is certainly annoying – however, we'd like to put the situation into perspective: We are a bicycle shop with an attached workshop, not just an emergency repair service.

Our workshop is closed on Saturdays, and your request was made shortly before closing time. Under these circumstances, a repair was unfortunately not possible. Nevertheless, we have provided you with information on where you can find alternative assistance.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our clearly communicated opening hours and service times.

Best regards from the
Team Fahrrad Martini

I dropped off my bike in rather poor condition, and it was repaired superbly at a very fair price. Thanks again for that. The advice was straightforward and honest. Not some pretentious lifestyle shop, but down-to-earth and doing good work. I would go there again anytime.

After many years of searching for a new bicycle, I finally found what I was looking for here. A really good shop with many German brand bikes, professional advice, and excellent after-sales service. My new Böttcher bike rides like a dream and looks fantastic. I was able to customize it to my liking.

Nice shop with professional staff. The salesman showed me several bicycle luggage carrier systems.

Had a bad experience there: paid something like 50 eur to fix the noise with the bike, and added ~80 eur to make a general check-up, so the repair person will have enough time to fix the issue. At the end they looked at the parts that were already working, checked that they are working, washed the chain and returned saying there is no strange sounds, since they didn't try to ride it, as I was suggesting. At the end didn't return money, didn't fix the issue. Very unprofessional of them

Hello Dimitri,
Is it possible you visited a different store? Unfortunately, we can't identify you, and we don't have a repair with a refund like the one you described.

We would also like to point out that we don't offer a general inspection for €80.

Please provide us with further details for clarification—for example, the exact date, an order or invoice number—or contact us by phone.

Best regards, the fahrrad martini team

I was very satisfied with the service! They were very helpful and examined my bike in detail. I came in with a bike I wanted to take on a tour. They kindly advised me that my bike wouldn't be up to the task and gave me further advice. The next day I came back with a different bike and they helped me. Thank you :) I would definitely come back again because of the friendly service and expertise!!

I've been there several times now and I've always been very satisfied! I've finally found a reliable bike shop that repairs my e-fatbike. They fix all bikes to the best of their ability. I'd already contacted many other bike shops for repairs and was always turned down. The price-performance ratio is excellent! You need an appointment, and if it's not too complicated, you can grab a coffee while they do it. They'll call you when it's ready! 👍 Top-notch! And once I had a small problem that was solved immediately. It only took a moment. That's truly exceptional service!!! 🚲 Something you have to search for elsewhere. That's why I'm always happy to come here for repairs on my e-bike. And they're also very friendly 👍 and helpful, and they really know their stuff when it comes to bikes. 👍 They don't do any unnecessary work! They only repair what's broken! 👍 I highly recommend this shop!!! I can only recommend this shop!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Has it ever happened to you to be tricked to pay something for having received nothing in exchange, but threats only? That's what I just witnessed in this bike shop. My girlfriend was called from the Greek employee (who didn't want to tell me his name) because he had found a larger basket for her bike. We went there and he took off immediately the original basket from the bike. My girlfriend noted that the "new" basket was actually broken and the employee, not surprised, acknowledged it! HE KNEW IT! But here the story gets interesting. After a few moments, he also said that the "new" basket was too large for the bike. So he put again the original basket and... ASKED US TO PAY FOR HIS WORK! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? But there's more. He seized the bike and threatened us to pay right away or he would have closed the shop with our bike inside! And of course, after our protests, the evergreen:"PAY OR I CALL THE COPS". Few points to sum it up: 1. He knew the "new" basket was broken and immediately took off the original one just to start the work. Considering how it ended, I suspect he did it on purpose. 2.After reading other reviews, I realized my suspects are founded. These guys are used to trick their customers as soon as an opportunity comes up, and they're pretty good at it, I have to admit. 3. I prefer not to comment on answers like:"My name is KISS MY BUTT". It qualifies the person without further descriptions. Just one last thing for the reader. Tese guys are the worst. It doesn't matter how good you are at doing your work, if you're not honest and respectful, your value will always approximate ZERO. These guys deserve a lesson , so don't go there. Don't buy anything from them. Most of all, SPREAD THE VOICE! Don't let anyone you care about to be treated that way. Thank you for reading this.

If I had read the reviews before going I would had avoided this horrible experience. I went there to buy a new basket. The Greek employee took off my basket, I realized that the basket he was selling me was broken and he told me in that moment that anyway that basket was not good for my bike because it was covering the light. He set my basket back. After this 5 minutes of unfair work (he had to verify BEFORE that the basket would fit my bike) he wanted me to pay 10€. I tried to talk about it and explain that it was unfair, he said very aggressively that he would seize the bike if I did not pay and that I had to hurry to withdraw the money otherwise he would close the shop with the bike inside. He reacted very aggressively and ended up insulting me. He wrote on the "invoice " that he performed some reparations, which is very false.

Not friendly and I not professional. I would not recommend this place. They can not give you a correct timeframe to leave or pick up your bike and the are very unprofessional with the service agreement. I tried to book 3 times a service and they made keeping coming back. Then I finally had my service done and they charged me for something we didn’t agreed as service. 3x times de agreed value. They promised to call me to agree for any extra charges but they didn’t and when I came back to pick up the bike they made me pay 3 times the original value to be able to take my bike. The guy was rude and very unprofessional, literally kicked me out of the store and was not able to explain the service....same for the owner who didn’t want to even speak with me. How come a shop decided to do a service in your bike that you never approved and they literally hold your bike if you don’t pay it?! This is forbidden by law!!! To end this very bad experience and for my surprise the bike breaks, extra service done by their own decision, is not working properly! Please avoid in any case this shop! No quality, not friendly and very unprofessional!!!!
