Both owners are super nice. They really care to make the process of buying or service is personal. They make sure that since you are a customer, then you will always get best and priority service. Also, they are very passionate about their job. They know everything very well. And always give the right advice.

The owner is not just extremely competent but clearly also cares deeply for his customers. I have been servicing my old bike there and recently bought a new one. His advice is alway on point and I have never had any issues.

Update February 2021: Basti has officially earned his master title since February 24th. 👍👍 This means that anyone who values such a 'title' can now have their bike repaired here... 😉 Finally, a decent bike shop in this area again. And Basti is someone who does everything for his customers and has decades of experience. I've been working with Basti for years and am very satisfied with his work and service.
