I've been a customer of Fahrradhaus Schütz for about 30 years now, and after a long break, I bought an e-bike today. Then, as now, I received very friendly and competent advice in a true family business with heart and craftsmanship. Thank you very much, we'll gladly come again!

Basically a good shop with competent advice: I've bought several accessories there and had minor repairs done to my bike. However, during the scheduled minor service for the gears and brakes on an older bike, the brake disc and pads were replaced without prior consultation. The cost was twice as high as expected. The argument was that they didn't have time to consult – and the repair would have been necessary anyway. Next time, they should just tell them what their maximum spending was… My request for a discount was stubbornly rejected. They offered to remove the parts again. An unpleasant experience. A saddle I had purchased in the shop was also charged €6 for installation. Not a nice gesture either.

Top-notch, highly recommended! Friendly, honest, and competent advice. Great bikes and a fair price. The service is excellent too. I'll definitely buy my next bike here again, and I'll be happy to do so.

How wonderful that there's still a bike shop like this in Schwabing! You can bring your bike in, even if you didn't buy it here, without getting any rude comments! And afterwards you have a perfectly repaired bike at the best price! I won't go anywhere else anymore!!!

This shop is ridiculously overpriced. I paid almost €500 for a service and spare parts. I don't have a fancy gravel bike or e-bike, just a simple trekking bike. After analyzing the bill, €220 alone was for assembly, with €22 for removing and installing the rear wheel and €33 for the brake break-in, which involves spinning the front and rear wheels and applying the brakes fully – a process that takes a maximum of three minutes. Before you take your bike here, make sure you get a breakdown of the costs. If I had known that every single step cost €16.50, I would have avoided some of the work and done it myself. When I picked up my bike, I would have liked to see a parts catalog and a list of the work done. This was only given to me after I had paid the bill, and even then, they seemed impatient, making it unpleasant to check everything. Later I noticed that the cassette I was billed for only seems to be partially new. All in all, I now have a repaired and working bike – but the price is definitely too high. I feel like I've been ripped off…

I rented an 8-speed city bike for a day here. The bike was top quality, the customer service was great, it was inexpensive, and easily accessible by public transport. Fantastic bike shop with charm! Very competent and friendly service. They take plenty of time for each customer. You can try out all the bikes, and even if one isn't ready to ride, they'll get it set up so you can take it for a test ride. If your bike is in for servicing, you can be 100% sure it will be ready on the agreed date. Top-notch service, expert advice, and always friendly! Highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly advice when buying a bicycle. I'm very happy with my bike and helmet. I would definitely buy there again. It was more expensive than at the discount store, but I got a high-quality bike that's perfectly adjusted to me. I can recommend the shop.

Excellent service. Perfect advice. Fair prices. My wife and I bought two fantastic bicycles there, and we are extremely satisfied. The after-sales service, including answering all our questions by email or phone, was also perfect. I can't understand how anyone could give this shop a bad review. It's a truly excellent specialist shop, the kind you hardly ever find these days. We'll only shop there from now on.

Great service, top-notch advice, and the customer is king. I first visited Fahrradhaus Schütz for all the adjustment work (brakes, gears, grinding on the rear wheel). I received excellent advice, and the result was outstanding. Then I finally decided to have new disc brakes installed. After professional advice (advantages and disadvantages of different brake types, what kind of terrain do I ride on, price-performance ratio of the brakes, etc.), I opted for the Shimano SLX. And the installation was perfect and seamless. At Fahrradhaus Schütz, I feel like the staff cares about their customers and is interested in their problems. Furthermore, the employees know what they're doing and perform their work cleanly and professionally. I highly recommend Fahrradhaus Schütz. Even for those with higher-end bikes, you can't go wrong here.
