Follow up on previous post; after a weekend of riding I was not fully content with the set-up and ended up in a very interesting discussion about how the bike was trimmed. It all ended up in me learning and appreciating a revised set up and behavor. Way to go and well done Bike Pick 👍

Cannot recommend enough. Very communicative people. The whole process was smooth. What I loved though is the complete transparency with the costs and the operations! Usually this is my fear to other bike stores where you are not sure about the correctness of what you pay. Well done and continue doing what you are doing.

Bikepick service was beyond my expectation. Definitely recommend it and would use it again! Easy and uncomplicated booking of service, fast responses, fast bike repair (in total 3 days incl. ordering, picking it up, repairing and bringing it back) and friendly staff!

Great service. This is what you need. Your bike will be picked up at your home or office, repaired or serviced and brought back. All communication online. Agreed pick-up times will be kept. I used bikepick now for the third time. Super reliable. No more squeezing your bike in your car. No pushing it to a place somewhere at the outskirts of Munich. Thank you for this service!

Good service, super digital process and very friendly and patient staff. Had my Bike checked and repaired back within 3 days. Only delivery was a bit unorganized, forgetting nearly one bike and forgot some small additional service. 🤷♂️ But thats ok, was a Friday night :)

Awesome service! Picked up my bike at the door, no delays, very reliable and friendly. The team found some additional issues and replaced several parts, so they won't just fix what you think is wrong - they let you know if there are any additional things to take care of. As someone who doesn't understand much about mechanics - that was a real life savior. Five stars 🤩
