I had my company bike serviced through the dealer and that's how I came across Bikepick. What can I say? Simply fantastic! At first I was skeptical, then unsure, and then I thought, "Give it a try." I was pleasantly surprised! Very cheerful staff picked up my bike on time and brought it back again. Excellent work. My e-bike is running perfectly again. It had already been to another workshop, and they couldn't find the problem. The pick-up and delivery service is such a relief and works perfectly. The driver arrives at the agreed time.

I was in FULL bike-despair mode with flat tire, heavy e-bike, winter, Saturday evening, middle of nowhere. Two bike shops said “appointment next month” or “we only fix bikes we sold.” Then I found Bikepick: Life-changing. 👁️👄👁️ Booked on Sunday with extra €50 express service, bike picked up Monday at 9 AM (wild for Germany). Live truck tracking like, branded truck, super friendly staff. Trust level instantly 100%. By Monday 4 PM (same day!), I received a detailed digital offer explaining what needed fixing and why, and how to avoid future damage. Transparent prices for every replacement, and I could approve/reject everything online and message them directly. I went all in. New tires, new chain and gears, plus my requested big comfy saddle and a new basket. By Thursday, they told me my bike was ready and sent a full-digital payment link. And then… Friday afternoon, my bike was back 🥹🥹🥹 . Fixed, cleaned, smooth, and basically reborn with a big glow-up; less than ONE WEEK. ✨🚲✨ I have honestly never experienced bike service this fast, reliable, transparent, and well designed. If you value your time, sanity, and bike, CHOOSE BIKEPICK! Absolute recommendation ❤️

5 stars+! Super reliable, dependable cost estimates, pragmatic solutions, very fast response time, and easy to reach. I had major problems with my Cowboy (I would never buy one again!), because their repair service in Munich has been unavailable for months, and customer service refused to help even after my repeated inquiries (it couldn't get any worse). Many repair shops immediately refused because of the bike brand. bikepick "took the plunge" and delivered top-notch service. In short: I would gladly use them again anytime!

Unfortunately, both the pickup and delivery were delayed (1.5 hours later than agreed). The repair prices are quite steep, and unfortunately, they aren't available online. Furthermore, I had to adjust my brakes after receiving the repair, which shouldn't happen when you pay a lot of money for a professional service.
