I'm very satisfied with the repair service. They had a good selection of spare parts; the saddle and pedals fit my bike perfectly. The price was a bit higher, but it's justified by the service (pick-up and delivery, experienced bike mechanics). I'll definitely use their service again when I need it done again.

I'm thrilled with the bikepick team. As so often before, they were my saviors. I find the option of having my bike picked up and delivered to me fantastic and incredibly convenient. A clever idea. This service is easy and reliable, whether it's a personal handover or locking up at the agreed location. It always works. Thanks to the live tracking, waiting times are kept to a minimum. The repair was excellent, everything was perfect. The price-performance ratio is very good. Since you can view the quote beforehand, you have the opportunity to ask questions. I received very competent advice on specific questions and concerns. Initially, I only used bikepick for repairs. But since I'm completely satisfied, I now also have my e-bike serviced by bikepick. I highly recommend the bikepick team and hope that this all-around worry-free service continues for a long time.

No long waiting times, competent and honest advice – only necessary repairs are carried out. The costs are transparent and clearly listed in the estimate. The absolute highlight: My bike was conveniently picked up and returned. A dream all around – highly recommended!
