Super digital and really fast and reliable. Inspection for €109 was OK – not checking/filling the tire air wasn't so cool at that price. Of course, I can't understand what was done and hope that everything safety-related was done...

Hello Malte,<br>Thanks for your feedback.<br>We usually adjust the tire pressure on every bike, and it's also checked by a four-point-aided tire pressure checker.<br>It's possible that our mechanics assessed the current tire pressure as good and sufficient. Excellent repair service with pickup and delivery! It was super fast; when something was noticed during the inspection, I was contacted immediately and my bike was fixed. I'd gladly use them again!

My bicycle was supposed to be checked for roadworthiness. However, I got it back with a broken bell. Bikepick's response: "Unfortunately, bells that don't work often slip through the cracks." When I asked if the brake test had perhaps also been forgotten, I was told that was "very unlikely." But, they added, "Everyone makes mistakes occasionally." Nothing was documented. I don't trust them. Despite the poorly performed inspection, I still didn't receive a refund – not even a partial one.

Hi David,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback, which we'd like to address.<br><br>We overlooked the bell and offered to rectify this by either sending you a bell or picking up your bike again. You declined.<br><br>We test ride every bike twice after servicing/repairing it. It's very unlikely that a defective brake would be missed. A defective bell, on the other hand, is more likely to be overlooked. We'd love to have 0% defects, but that's not practically possible. We receive a complaint for 3% of bikes, which we always handle very generously.<br><br>However, if someone tries to blackmail us with bad reviews to get a refund, then we will uphold our rights.<br><br>We still hope you enjoy cycling.<br><br>Best regards,<br>Your bikepick team

I've used the service twice now. My bike was picked up quickly and easily. The estimate was explained to me in more detail over the phone. The price was more than fair, and I feel my bike is in good hands with the team :-) I'd gladly use them again!

I'm very satisfied. Pickup and delivery were punctual as agreed. The repair itself took a little longer than expected, but at least I didn't have to drop my bike off and pick it up separately. My rear valve was broken. The estimate matched the final bill. I had a question via email and received an immediate response. I'm very happy with the price/performance ratio and will definitely use the service again. 👍😀

Just like last time, everything was great this time too. Picking up and dropping off went perfectly and was completely uncomplicated, and the repair/maintenance was once again top-notch. The phone consultation after the bike had been inspected was also top-notch, with suggestions on what to do and what not to do, as the parts were still in good condition. All in all, another fantastic experience, and it won't be the last time for me and my bikes.

I am very satisfied with the straightforward communication, the pick-up and return of my bicycle, and the comprehensive service. Even a follow-up repair after the service was carried out without any problems. I highly recommend Bikepick and would definitely have my bike serviced there again.

Everything was done exactly as agreed in writing beforehand. I was always informed immediately and received a corresponding photo. The return took place a little later than expected. Since not everything was 100% perfect, a new appointment was arranged (free of charge, of course), the bike was picked up promptly, quickly repaired, and returned just as quickly. I was also contacted by phone with any questions, which I really appreciated—it's definitely the fastest way. I'm very satisfied!
