Service as you'd wish for. My bike was picked up punctually at the requested time. I was contacted immediately by phone, the quote was discussed, and a truly realistic assessment was given. Since reassembly wasn't worthwhile, the bike was disposed of for me on site. And all this for a very fair price. It really couldn't be better. Thank you so much, chapeau!

Super friendly service, both pickup and return were punctual and friendly, I was informed about any defects and what repairs were needed. My bike is back in great condition! I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely choose Bikepick again next time! :)

I'm absolutely thrilled with bikepick! The entire process is incredibly well-organized and extremely customer-friendly. Booking an appointment online is quick and easy, the live tracker is super convenient, and both pickup and delivery were perfectly punctual and reliable. It really couldn't be more convenient! 😉 The estimate was clear, transparent, and easy to understand, including all necessary repairs. I especially appreciated the opportunity to discuss everything again and that nothing was done without prior consultation – exactly the kind of service you want. A huge thank you to the pickup and delivery drivers: incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely personable.
