I'm absolutely thrilled with the service. Everything is super fast and hassle-free. Excellent work and completely uncomplicated. The driver who picks up and delivers the bike is also very friendly. I haven't ridden my new bike yet, but I don't think I'll have anything to complain about. So everything is great, I highly recommend them. 👍👍👍👍👍 Keep up the good work! I have two more bikes in my basement that I'll definitely be entrusting to you in the coming months.

Friendly and reliable. However, the delivery (pickup) of my e-bike was a bit disconcerting. Someone who had no business, couldn't provide ID, and didn't leave me a receipt. I was worried someone had just snatched my bike. Luckily, everything was fine.

Excellent service and a lovely team! I had my bike picked up here because I unfortunately don't have much time to take care of it myself. After receiving a detailed quote, it was no problem to talk to the staff and get their advice. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, and at a more than fair price.

I have nothing but good things to say! The pickup was great, the estimate was transparent, and the price was completely reasonable. The delivery was also great; overall, the people were very friendly and reliable, and the concept was excellent. My bike rides like new again 😀 I can recommend bikepick with a clear conscience! ...keep up the good work 👍

Absolutely reliable and transparent. Always in touch. Friendly even when I have questions. They fixed my bike perfectly. It didn't ride as well when I bought it as it does now that it's been repaired. Highly recommended. I'll definitely contact bikepick again next time.

It's a wonderful service for people who struggle to schedule repairs. It's incredibly easy to organize, reliable, transparent (prices are listed individually online), and reasonably priced. The drivers were wonderfully friendly. You can track the pickup and return online and even flexibly specify any special requests. What I like best is that you can set a price limit, and if it's exceeded, you receive an email with an explanation. Then, with a simple click, you can choose whether to approve the repair or discuss changes/discussions. We're very happy and pleased that this aspect of our lives is now easier. Up until now, we've rarely been satisfied with the repair shops in the area.
