Fast and uncomplicated service. The location Google shows in Lerchenau is right in the middle of Hagebau, so at first you think it's all fake. Very good and communicative service, but the repair quote was light-years too expensive (€800-1000) for a completely normal mountain bike. It's a shame, I expected more.

Perfect: everything runs online, and depending on the property, the handover and return can even be done without my presence. When a problem arose recently, we discussed it, and the issue was resolved. It's truly ideal: I don't have to take my broken bike anywhere, and the (written/telephone) communication is always friendly and personal.
