Very friendly staff and a thoroughly reliable service. Both the pickup and delivery of my bike were very punctual. A particular highlight: The entire process was very transparent. I received a detailed quote with clearly itemized costs the very next day. Furthermore, appointments were readily available, and flexible time slots were offered for both pickup and delivery. Highly recommended!

It's very convenient that the bike is picked up and returned. Appointments were kept precisely, and with the tracking feature, you can easily follow the route and drop off/receive the bike right at your doorstep. The employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. How my query/complaint will be handled remains to be seen. So far, I'm very satisfied and would be happy to use the service again.

This was my first time using bikepick's service, and my verdict is 5 stars 👍🏻! The entire process, from arranging the pickup and receiving the estimate to authorizing the repair, invoicing, payment, and return delivery, was so perfectly and user-friendly – ​​I wasn't expecting that. The price-performance ratio is also excellent; they don't do anything that isn't absolutely necessary. The bike was picked up and returned almost to the minute. After the standard service, plus the added wheel truing, the bike runs perfectly. From booking the appointment to returning the bike, just under two weeks passed; the service itself, including pickup and delivery, only took one week. This is virtually impossible for any local service with its own delivery service, as they are constantly booked up. The price was absolutely fair for the service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
