An absolutely stunning service! What a brilliant idea and an evenly incredible execution of that idea! I had my racing bike picked up from them about a month and they fulfilled all my wishes and more even returning the bike to another address as picked up from. This sort of flexibility is in my experience usually hard to come by and I really appreciate that about bikepick!

A very friendly team, quick repair and service for my Gazelle e-bike. Everything is online and incredibly well-designed; you're always up-to-date and receive regular updates. The team proactively contacts you with any questions, but they're also easily reachable by phone. The punctual pick-up and delivery service is fantastic. Everything was top-notch, thank you so much! I had my Canyon bike serviced here. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to returning the bike, went completely smoothly. My bike was picked up in the evening, and I received a transparent quote the following morning, which I was able to confirm with just a few clicks. My special requests were also taken into account. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use their service again in the future.

Everything went well, and all the staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. The price also matched the estimate. If I could have one thing in mind, it could have been a bit faster. Pickup and dropoff went smoothly, bike came back in a good state and they repaired a small and annoying rub between the chain and the chain protector which I couldn't figure out for weeks. Amazing service overall, strongly recommended!

Excellent service! I had my gravel bike serviced. Pick-up and return were accurate to within 10 minutes, and all work was carried out meticulously. Communication with the mechanics was also excellent. While the service is more expensive than having it done in-store due to the pick-up, you get an appointment very quickly and don't have to wait months like at some shops in Munich. I will definitely use Bikepick again.
