Very convenient service, which of course comes at a price, but you get to see exactly how the final price is calculated. The employees are very friendly and accommodated all my requests. It's worth asking about other spare parts, as there are sometimes cheaper parts or other models available. It would be nice to have an overview where you can see the different spare parts so you don't have to write back and forth so much. Otherwise, everything is great!

Fantastic service! The bikes were picked up on time and communication was seamless. We received a detailed quote the very next day. The prices are very fair and comparable to the local bike shop. Excellent service. Payment and return processing were hassle-free. We would definitely use them again!

Highly recommended! Very convenient service with prompt pickup from our home. Excellent communication: Very friendly advice over the phone regarding necessary or recommended repairs and their costs. Any questions about the quote were answered quickly and helpfully over the phone. Flawless and fast repair. Bike delivery: back home, again on the preferred date. Scheduling appointments and payment are straightforward online. Perhaps a little pricey, but the service and communication are so pleasant and prompt that I consider it excellent value for money. We've used Bikepick twice so far and would definitely use it again...

Extremely fast and organised. The company really recommends the most cost effective solutions to your bike problems. They care a lot about the customer, very recommended. The whole system is in German but it easily translates to English. They provide support in English as well. In conclusion - amazing!

Really great service. Picked up my bike yesterday. Received a quote within a few hours and confirmed it immediately. Just got word that it's ready already. It'll be delivered tomorrow. And I didn't even have to be home. The prices are fair for the service.

Super satisfied! Great service from start to finish. I've already had two bikes serviced there. Everything went perfectly. Booking and scheduling are digital and seamless, as are the quotes and communication. No more dropping them off, no more waiting in line at the shop… But most importantly, the bikes were repaired perfectly and the price is right! I'm tall and will be taking all my bikes there. My only suggestion for improvement: it would be great if you also accepted cargo bikes 😉

I tried bikepick for the first time and I can only say that everything was perfect for me. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless thanks to the tracking link; I waited a maximum of four minutes on both occasions combined. The service was carried out to my complete satisfaction, and they even did a small modification upon request, after a phone call to clarify exactly what I wanted. I can't really comment on the price, as I don't know the prices of other bike shops. It might be a bit higher than average, but it's worth it to me because the pick-up and drop-off service saves me a lot of free time. Keep it up! 👍

Excellent service! Booking an appointment was super easy, and the pick-up/delivery service was surprisingly well-planned and always within the specified time window. My bike was also checked the same day, and I received a preliminary cost estimate immediately. The process through JobRad was also direct and straightforward. 💯
