Service is great. They are doing the right thing to sell fitness equipment. To buy a fitness equipment, people must try and feel it. The staffs are very friendly and patient to explain different equipments and let us try. In the end, we went second time and decide to buy a crosstrainer. Highly recommend this shop!

I was expecting a bigger place since its biggest shop in munchen ( at least they claimed so). Yet the customer service quite informative and friendly. He also gave us private time to test machines and think about it.

Needed a few items for functional fitness and a treadmill. Great selection and very helpful staff. Very pleasant experience overall and the staff was surprisingly fluent in English which made made my experience easy.
