What a fantastic shop! No waiting time, super friendly and competent people. They solved my rather complicated electronics problem immediately, and I also learned something really valuable along the way. It's a bit hidden in a courtyard, so don't give up looking for it, it's worth it!!!

I went to the Yellow Donkey bike shop today to get my new bike serviced for the first time. I was able to cycle there spontaneously and with very flexible timing, and I was even allowed to watch the service to get a better understanding of how the bike works. Everything was shown and explained to me professionally. The two owners are also really lovely and enjoy chatting. I've found my go-to bike shop, which I can always reach if something needs fixing :) I'm very happy with it. Best regards, Simon

Stranded with a flat tire in Giesing today. Unfortunately, the bike shop didn't have a tube in my size, but Martin fixed my bike super quickly, even without an appointment, and I was able to continue my journey. Excellent service and very friendly! Thank you so much!
