As of April 2026, I must admit I changed my view. The reason: They mentioned that they don't allow customers to bring parts. And they asked a very high price for the cassette and chain change (something around 160 euros if I am not mistaken). Even if I bring parts, they would change them for 70 euros! For example, a chain bike shop offered to change a cassette and chain for 28 euros, and I can bring the parts. Usually, you do not expect that. Another issue was my ignorance or my fault. I got inspection, however, I did not know that they would only inspect the bike. Usually the bike dealer provides a quick service (i.e. greasing parts etc.) it was paid by jobrad, but still, it felt not worth for 75 euros. Again, it is definitely arguable that I did not ask for correct service. However, I would also expect that the shop would guide me. That always happened in other bike shops. That being said, it is still a proper shop for emergencies. They accept the bike on the same day and fix it well. However, I must say I am not planning to visit there again. That's why I am reducing it to 3 stars from 5.

Just picked up my bike and enjoyed the ride home :-) They repaired/replaced exactly what we discussed. The prices were quoted to me beforehand. They even called to confirm the cost of one slightly more expensive part. When I picked it up, they showed me why the part was broken. It was cash only, but that's clearly displayed at the register, and they offered me a receipt. The repair was done very quickly, so I didn't have to be without my bike for long. And the shop looks cool too ;-)

The employee seems unmotivated. Customers don't feel comfortable. They only accept cash, and an invoice is only given upon request. The prices are also very high – I was charged €70 for the saddle, seat, and fitting. It's certainly not easy running a shop, but with this level of service and pricing, they'll hardly be able to retain customers in the long run.

I almost don't want to tell anyone: they're really friendly, not at all condescending like some other bike shops. Fast repairs (dropped it off at lunchtime, ready by late afternoon, no appointment needed) and a great price. Truly fair!

The bottom bracket bolt broke during a fall. Since a new bottom bracket wasn't readily available, the bolt was drilled out, and it worked perfectly. At the same time, a full inspection was carried out, the gears were adjusted, and other minor repairs were done. The bike rides like new, and the price was absolutely fantastic! The timing was also perfect—I dropped it off at lunchtime and picked it up in the evening. I'd gladly use their services again :)
