Not recommended Service / poor communication I was referred to Get Bike by Canyon regarding a warranty issue. The problem was a broken spoke on the rear wheel. When I dropped it off, I was told that replacing the spoke and removing the spoke cap from the wheel shouldn't be a problem. When I inquired about the status of the repair a week later, another employee told me that it might be difficult to remove the spoke cap from the wheel. They would look at it the following day and get back to me. After calling again three days later, I was told that the spoke cap couldn't be removed and the bike would have to be sent to Canyon. (Presumably, the reimbursement from Canyon for a repair like this is too low to make investing an extra 10 minutes worthwhile... - very poor!) Another week (!) later, when I contacted Canyon, I learned that Get Bike hadn't arranged for a shipment! Canyon then had to arrange for the shipment! My bike was at the shop for 3 (!) weeks without any results – no communication and no real service. I'm extremely disappointed, and I'll never see that shop again!

My Canyon bike was making some very dodgy noises, I'd tried to fix it to no avail and was suspecting the bottom bracket. I took it to Get Bike Service and they told me it was actually the rear hub that was broken and would need replacing. They contacted Canyon with a warranty claim and got me a new rear hub from Shimano. Been riding my bike all this week and no dodgy noises in sight. Thanks a lot!

I received a direct phone call within a few hours of my service request. After just under a week, my bike was ready for pickup and fully serviced. Great service and a friendly, competent team. I'd gladly have my bike inspected by you again :)

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Getbikeservice. After paying €82 for the 30+ point check, it took more than two weeks for my bike to be ready. However, I then discovered that it hadn't been cleaned, wasn't oiled, and the tire pressure was low. It also hadn't been cleaned (I wonder how a mechanic can perform a check without cleaning it). Additionally, the steering was loose. The only two repairs I requested (valve replacement and lower cable routing) weren't carried out. When I inquired about them, the workshop employee couldn't tell me what work had been done on my bike. They said they would get back to me, but weeks later, I still haven't heard anything. Overall, I feel like absolutely nothing was done to my bike, and I paid €82 for it.

I had a small problem with my new bike. The guys were very friendly, nice, and punctual. A few days later, I had my bike back.

Thanks to colleagues from Get Bike Service Munich. Simply competent and customer-oriented employees. An extra thank you goes to Mr. Stankovic! He was extremely helpful with my problems with the canyon, extremely high-quality, quick advice. It's definitely the best experience I've had while owning a Canyon bike.
