In response to a personal, polite inquiry regarding a repair/adjustment to my table, the "boss" was extremely rude and disrespectful. "He doesn't drive that far"... ("It's at the .... in the world", about an hour's drive), and the effort isn't worth it for him. His wife should send me a quote so I can reconsider. That's not how you treat customers. That's why one star is too many (unfortunately, less isn't possible). Not recommended!

Fantastic! My pool-playing buddy told me about this shop, so we drove 320 km today. The owners are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable! I'll definitely be shopping there again and having my pool tops serviced! I highly recommend them! Best regards from Plauen

I used to go to this shop quite often, then I found the prices to be 10-20% higher than the shop in Kapuzinerstraße. Then recently since it's close to my place I went again and asked for swiss point (Target Storm 35 mm) and carbon shafts, and I asked do you have the tool to change the swiss points, he said no but he said I can do it with the plier. He replaced all the three swiss points and then I asked for the bill, he said €19.85, I said you generally include the discount being a member of IFP. He said I put on the points for you. That's why no discount. I was stunned. I mean just for unscrewing and screwing he denied the discount. Thats very money-minded. So technically forgetting my swiss point tool at home cost me approx 2 euros. Never going back to this shop again Thanks

I was there for the first time today. A nice little shop. Even though it was just before closing time, my girlfriend and I received great advice. We were helped, had great conversations, and my darts are now in top shape again with the new tips.

I stopped by to buy my first cue. The owner, who was always there to offer helpful advice and support, showed me several models from their extensive range, all of which I was able to try out. Very good and friendly advice. Highly recommended.

I bought a used pool table from a club; it was originally purchased from H&S. Because of this, it was important to me that H&S also reassemble the table, and I quickly realized that this was the right decision. Despite some scheduling difficulties and relatively short notice, an appointment was found. The advice I received over the phone regarding the cloth was very friendly and competent, as my cushions were still in good condition. On the day the table was assembled, everything went very quickly and professionally. Mr. Schmid knew exactly what to do, and before I knew it, the slate bed was perfectly aligned and the table was covered. I couldn't have imagined better service or better value for money. I also received valuable tips on table maintenance. I can highly recommend H&S Billardvertriebs GmbH and will purchase all my future accessories from them.

Very friendly and helpful service. You can try out all the darts, and all our questions were answered politely. We'll definitely come back again, as the quality is excellent, as is the huge selection.
