An amazing bike shop! 😊 I went there to lease a bike via bike leasing and I had an amazing service from the beginning to the end, as well as very nice advices. I definitely recommend, they have great brands quality bikes ans amazing service.

This is the state of my drive train after a 80€ fullservice manteinace. They simply didn't clean it despite the bill including this service. When I asked them to please clean it, the employee shrugged and said that they will not clean it better because that's the level of dirt that you get after a 100km ride. I understand that the drive train is not super dirty, but that is not a good reason to not perform a service I am paying for and that I had explicitly asked for.

79€ for a bike service, I expected more.. After it was done in a reasonable time (2 days) I noticed 0 changes and improvements.. I was told they were going to check everything.. I still have some problems with my 1st gear.. Disappointed.

Super quick and friendly service. My bike was long overdue a new rim, and apparently the chain (which I had no idea of) which they replaced too. They also speak great English!

Friendly and helpful until you actually purchase something. I bought a pair of tires and they said they would put them on. Afterwards I was told it's not that difficult and I should do it myself in front of the store, which I was fine with. I deflated my tires and partially removed one of them. Then shortly after the owner told me I can't do this in front of the store, contradictory to what was said by one of the employees before and told me do it on the sidewalk next to the road which was absurd. I had to push the bike home with one tire almost out of the rim as sidewalk was nowhere near suitable to finish changing my tires. Absolutely terrible service. Edit: Vendor did not offer to change tires with a price as stated in his reply. I never said it was expensive. Unfortunately their service is far from great as they claim.

Exceptionally fast, fair and friendly service during peak bicycle repair season. Every other shop in Munich turned me away saying their first opening for a repair was in 3 - 4 weeks. Haveabike’s Nymphenburger Str. location took my bike right away and had it repaired and ready for pickup in a few days. No surprise fees upon pickup, just a job well done for 1,50€ less than the price I was quoted when I dropped it off. 10/10 would recommend!
