Here is the best service in Munich :) I visited to fix my pedal without an appointment, but they treated me very well and fixed it. it was amazing! + there are so adorable Bianchi bikes. They are so tempting.

Haveabike are excellent bike mechanics. I mostly do my own bike repairs, but I do let experienced mechanics check my bike. After moving to Munich, I tried out Haveabike (among others), and I am very happy. Haveabike re-did or adjusted some of the cables, checkout/greased the ball bearings, checked and straightened the wheels and headset, among other things. The upshot is that the bike (CAAD 12) feels a lot more stable and responsive when riding out, competing in the Donnertagsrennen, or descending the Spitzingstrasse with 70km.

I came here with a stuck bottom bracket that I have been trying to unscrew for half a day. Other bike workshops sent me away saying that I can forget it. I thought my frame was unusable. However! These guys made it work. 3 mechanics were on it immediately and they took it off within 10 minutes. All that in exchange for a few euros tip. Absolute legends.

They must laugh at their own motto of "reliable" and "top-maintained" bicycles. Extremely disappointed in the bike we purchased and the service after. The brakes and gears on the bike continually keep breaking within days after having them repaired. We asked to just swap the bike and we'll pay the difference for a new one, but they'll "maybe" only give us 50% return value. I would never recommend this shop to another customer.

Horrible service. Guys offer a ski service, but are not able to properly fullfil the service card. I gave my skis for the major service, but got only the edges sharpened. After 2 weeks I received my skis unrepaired and got no compensation or even excuses. I have no words to express how disappointed am I with this service.

The service was exceptional; Chris and Peter were really great! I also loved getting the winter discount on my bike purchase plus one year warranty and repair vouchers! All welcome surprises. I'd definitely recommend haveabike.

These guys were very helpful and didn't rush me after I took over an hour to choose a bike. They know how to repair and adjust everything well and prepared mine exactly as I wished for a great price. I have been riding mine everyday for 2 years and have not had a problem with it this far.

Very happy with the bike that i bought today. Nice and helpful guys at the shop. They adjusted the bike so it better fitted my posture and height. Also fixed a few things with the steering wheel and the breaks just the way i wanted it. The price of the bike was more than deserved. After i bought the bike, i went for a long ride and it was like a breeze. Very nice ... Definitelly to recommend this shop.
