I went to HYCYS Munich on Thursday for a bike fitting and performance diagnostics. In short: very competent, friendly, and professional advice. During the bike fitting, my position on the bike was optimized until I was completely satisfied and felt comfortable. Everyone involved is very knowledgeable and helpful. Aside from the valuable insights and benefits for my training, I also thoroughly enjoyed my time at HYCYS. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Friendly and competent regarding optimal positioning on road bikes and time trial bikes, and excellent performance diagnostics for both running and cycling. I've had all of this done several times and am very satisfied.

Then, on-site, first-class advice and support, clear explanations of the performance diagnostics results, and a great deal of sensitivity during the bike fitting. After experiencing problems on longer rides with my time trial bike, I decided to have another professional bike fitting. The last one, with someone else, was good, but not quite optimal for me. During the initial consultation, Birgit took a lot of time to analyze my physical limitations. When it came to the actual fitting, she immediately identified my issues and adjusted my riding position accordingly. She also took a lot of time to observe me without constantly looking at the screen for measurements. She didn't pressure me into any equipment upgrades. Ultimately, I now sit better and more comfortably on my bike. I can also maintain the position for longer periods, which naturally increases the enjoyment of riding. Thanks again!

The bike fitting was exactly what I was looking for. After a detailed initial consultation, precise pressure sensors were used to analyze my individual stress patterns in detail. Based on this analysis, the bike was specifically adjusted – for a riding position that is perfectly tailored to me.

Way too expensive. Not worth it at all. I always have shoulder pain, and she just keeps saying, "Raise the handlebars." I've told her several times that I've already ridden with very high handlebars. It doesn't help at all. Then she tells me to go home and do some exercises because my muscles are weak. I don't have any shoulder problems, so why do I need incredibly high handlebars?? What I actually need is lower handlebars. I removed 2cm of spacers myself. I'm happy on my bike again. And they weren't careful or professional enough with your bike. I also pointed out that the steerer tube on the Giant Propel cracks quite often. You have to be careful. But they still didn't use a torque wrench… Additionally, the infrastructure is, in my opinion, a bit outdated.

Had a great session with Alex, he was able to solve the excess weight on my hands as well as recommend a saddle that ended up working perfectly for me, after the 3 we tried in the session weren't suitable. I've never been more comfortable on the bike after +3hr rides.

Many thanks to Alex, he managed to solve all my problems. We did improve my comfort on long distances, power output and handling of the bike. I cannot recommend HYCYS enough, you should definitely give it a try.
