Shopped at this place on 19 Dec in the afternoon. An unnecessarily complicated retail concept paired with surprisingly poor service. Despite using a mechanical system to select shoe size, the wait was 30 minutes and the shoe arrived in the wrong size. When I asked to try the other shoe, I was dismissed without explanation. The cashier was equally discourteous, looking at you as if you don’t deserved to be here. Technology may be modern, but the service culture is stuck somewhere far below acceptable retail standards. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming, particularly for foreign customers.

i ask a shoe size they said we will bring it to you i waited like 20 minutes and then they gave the shoes another customer that came after me that was upsetting

A wonderful store, but most of the clothes do not have sizes, and there is a shortcoming on the part of the employees. I hope to provide the sizes. Thank you very much.

Do you want to customer service? Here you will not find it. I just want my order to get cancelled because it was not delivered on time. JD customer service answers my calls (on Monday), but needs the store to approve the cancellation. After, I called the store to ask them if they could answer their emails so that I could in the end get my money back. According to the store they do not do nothing. (That part seems to be true). Apparently the only way to get the money back is to wait for the order to get cancelled automatically after two weeks (at least that I have been told) or to show up at the store and cancel the order. Come on, at any other store you can either do it through the application or through a phone call. You may learn a thing or two from Decathlon....

I waited 20 minutes for nothing.. I picked a shoe and i waited 20 minutes for only one piece, the another one was missing. Unskilled employees do not know what they are doing.

This associate Merve did outstanding customer service. The store was near its closing times, yet she had so much energy and was so eager to help every customer. The prices at JD sports are also very reasonable. Good experience!

The store was a mess. Many people were waiting to be helped but the no one cared about it. Instead of helping the customers, one employee was rather busy with putting new shoes in the rackets.

Long waiting lines outside even tho there's less than 5 ppl inside the store. I waited more than 30-40 min. Not logical enough, made the purchase painful

Huge love and respect for this store. Always going there for shoes. It is just amazing and caring at the same time. Also, they have almost all the sizes for shoes you want to buy. The prize is good for everything. Great atmosphere and the sellers are super nice and will spend loads of their time for you. Also you can speak with them on english, just like german. Which is great, becouse there are loads of other stores where you must speak german. In one word, glorious❤

Variety of the most important sports brands
