Very rude employees and very poor customer service. I felt very uncomfortable in the store. I'm not very knowledgeable about basketball shoes, so I asked the owner (the one with the long beard) about a shoe that apparently wasn't available very often. He then started rudely asking me if I was dreaming and was very rude. I then looked around the store a bit and asked him if a certain shoe was available in another color. Then he gave me the next joke, and I just left.

4 salespeople? hanging around in a group chatting and throwing a ball all over the store, landing on the customers. When the ball landed on me, I threw it to the other side of the store and said it was annoying. 1 minute later, ball throwing started again. There are other stores that sell running shoes in Munich. First and last time there!

Absolutely shocking. Disgusting service. They take money from your account fraudulently without telling you anything and don't give any refunds to recompense the money THEY stole. YOU WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS.

It may not be the biggest shoe store in the world however the service there is unbeatable. All the staff are super friendly and will help you out with any question or problem you have. Sometimes the prices are cheaper than the original price. They Speak English and german. Super recommend.
