Unfortunately, Lacoste has terrible customer service. I bought a shirt where a seam came undone after the first wash. Customer service isn't responding to my inquiries. Ignoring problems is one way to solve them. Lacoste = never again!!!!

I'd like to talk about the efficiency and friendliness of the team. The store carries the same items as the other stores, but with a very high level of service and availability. I was served with impeccable elegance and professionalism. Top marks! 👍🏻

I discovered the store by chance and was pleasantly surprised! The store has a brand new and modern design. What I liked most was the very friendly and absolutely competent advice from store manager Paola, who served me! Another thing that excites me is the opportunity to design a Lacoste sweater according to my imagination (DIY - choose the color, model's initials, etc.) and receive the sweater in a short time. You can do everything on your iPad and see immediately how it would look. Paola has made me a Lacoste fan, and I'm looking forward to the new collection (sneakers!) arriving :) P.S. Unfortunately, I took almost no photos. It's definitely worth stopping by - I felt very comfortable as a customer!

Lacoste's Handling of Complaints I was a loyal Lacoste customer for years. I bought many pairs of shoes, polo shirts, jackets, etc. Regarding the shoes, I've noticed that they've been showing wear much faster lately, but that's another story. In the summer of 2019, I bought a polo shirt. It was from a higher-end line and cost around 100 or 110 euros. I liked everything about it. I wore it often. However, during the summer of 2020, the crocodile logo on the chest started peeling off. It wasn't a normal fabric crocodile, but a rubber one. The adhesive probably simply failed, even though the shirt was always washed according to the instructions. Now, where the logo had come off, there was only a yellowish stain. Since I really liked wearing the polo shirt, I contacted Lacoste to ask if the problem could be fixed somehow. Sending a new logo crocodile, but one made of fabric, would have been enough for me. I would have even attached it myself, and since it's the same size, it would have covered the stain that was shaped like the logo that had fallen off. However, since you can't find a real contact email address for Lacoste as a company and always end up on their online shop's website, I wrote there, even though I had bought the shirt elsewhere. I received a pre-written reply from an employee named Joao that didn't address my issue, stating that, according to their terms and conditions, they naturally don't accept liability for Lacoste products purchased elsewhere. I understand that, but because I really liked wearing the shirt, I wanted to repair it, and unfortunately, you can't buy Lacoste crocodiles as replacement parts in stores. Well, at least the seller, Zalando, was easy to deal with. Unfortunately, I didn't get a replacement crocodile from them either, but I did get a full refund. Well, at least the seller, Zalando, was straightforward. Unfortunately, I didn't get a replacement crocodile from them either, but I did get a full refund. ... Customer service, the accessibility of Lacoste (as the manufacturer, not as an online shop), and the quality of the products are poor or have declined despite rising prices. I, too, have already switched to other manufacturers and will likely continue to do so in the future – not because a shirt once had a production defect, but because I was extremely dissatisfied with their accessibility, customer service, and overall customer friendliness.

To the Lacoste Team, I would like to share my experience with Lacoste so far. It started last year when I purchased a personalized polo shirt. Firstly, the polo shirt has become more expensive every year (2017 - €115, 2018 - €120, and 2019 - €140). Secondly, the polo shirt arrived incorrectly (albeit due to my own mistake), which I wanted corrected immediately. However, you only responded to my request for a week later. Because you processed my request so late, as described, my order could no longer be changed. As an apology for the long processing time, you gave me a €20 voucher, which I was supposed to redeem within two weeks at the Lacoste online shop. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to do so, and the voucher has therefore expired. Since I am a loyal Lacoste customer, I wanted to give you another chance, as mistakes happen. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed again this time, so I've decided to express my dissatisfaction. Once again, I ordered a personalized polo shirt. Unfortunately, the shirt arrived with black buttons instead of the white ones I ordered. When I complained, I was told over the phone that the polo shirt would have to be sent back to France and that I should expect a long wait. When I spend this much money on a polo shirt, significantly more than comparable competitors, I at least expect the service and staff at your company to take their work seriously. I would have even had the polo shirt altered myself at a tailor's and then sent you the (inexpensive) bill to avoid such a long wait. The woman (Alice) was unfriendly during the phone call (April 18, 2019), constantly interrupting me, not giving me the opportunity to express my concerns and dissatisfaction, and showing no flexibility in resolving the issue. When I called, she constantly interrupted me, didn't give me the chance to explain my problem or express my dissatisfaction, and showed no flexibility in finding a solution. . ... I thank Lacoste for my years as a customer, but I will be looking at the competition in the future. I will be deleting my Lacoste account soon.
