Unfriendly service; they don't accept returns of unused products. I was a regular customer, but I don't recommend them.

I attended Lacoste's VIP event today at the Fünf Höfe shopping center in Munich and would like to thank you for the wonderful event and the fantastic goodie bag. A special thank you goes to Ms. Cerowski, Store Manager of the Lacoste shop in the Pasing Arcaden shopping center, for the invitation and the friendly and professional service. A truly lovely experience!

A beautiful store with the usual excellent Lacoste quality. Very friendly staff who are very attentive to customers. A big thumbs up! I'll definitely be back; shopping here is simply a pleasure 😊 One more tip from me: I wasn't entirely sure about the sizing. Sizes often vary quite a bit between manufacturers. Lacoste has a great size chart online that you can use to find the right size.

I am absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience at Lacoste! The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and always helpful. They took ample time to advise me on selecting the right products and were readily available to answer any questions I had. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding service during the exchange process. There were absolutely no problems, and the entire process was incredibly straightforward. Throughout, the staff remained polite and courteous, demonstrating a genuine interest in my satisfaction. The quality of Lacoste products and service is truly exceptional. It was a pleasure shopping there, and I will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I bought a turtleneck sweater for €150 and after one month it has a hole under the armpits!! Terrible quality 👎🏿👎🏿 I only paid for the brand name!!! Very poor quality, cheap goods are being sold at a very high price 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

A big thank you to Lacoste! I spoke with the trainee at the Pasing Arcades store after they initially couldn't help me with my problem. She took me seriously, offered solutions, and ultimately helped me. I left the store a very happy customer. Please continue training such great apprentices!

I desperately needed a pair of swim trunks and found them here. Good quality (as expected from Lacoste) and an attractive store! However, I would at least recommend that the employees greet customers and engage with them. I was in the store for about 10 minutes and didn't receive a single hello or a single glance from the employees, who were engrossed in a private conversation. I've rarely experienced something like that. Regards

It's always a pleasure to shop there! The staff is competent, helpful, and very polite! Especially the lovely lady with the glasses—she more than lives up to her job! The store doesn't live up to the brand's standards. The staff is completely overwhelmed. One young man is very helpful and friendly. His young colleague, however, is completely overwhelmed, unmotivated, rude, and unfriendly, and to top it all off, she berates her colleague in front of customers for her mistake. As long as the makeup looks good... She's completely out of place in retail.
