The shop is closed permanently! Without NOTICES, no INFO about a new address, phone number, where they moved etc. The website running like nothing happened. I wrote to them days ago via business email..., No answer yet.

The bike is fine. But I've been trying to get the luggage rack for it for over two years. No luck.

We were in Munich, on Dachauer Street, and a very friendly employee patiently explained the NCM Paris bike to us. They even had it in my preferred color! Anthracite, which was sold out everywhere else online. The bike was already assembled, and we put it in the car. We unfolded it at home and off we went... I can't say much more about the bike yet. What was important to me was that you can also take the bike there for repairs, which the nice employee assured me was possible! So everything was perfect!!

We bought two e-bikes there today: impeccable service and very good value for your money!

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. There are only two dealers of this brand within a 400km radius, and they aren't even able to sell a rear wheel hub nut. They claimed they only use parts that are supposedly available in any hardware store or bicycle shop. Since I've checked four hardware stores and about eight bicycle shops, and none of them can provide the nut I need, it's simply pathetic that the nice lady on the phone has no clue about the parts they sell, nor does she claim they don't sell individual parts like that.

I took my Moscow bike in for repairs on Saturday. Despite the workshop's full schedule, the staff managed to arrange an emergency appointment for me in the next few days. That's what I call service! I'll add a fifth star when the bike is repaired. Thank you! I got my bike back today, perfectly repaired. A super friendly workshop. From now on, you can buy NCM bikes in Munich without hesitation. 👍

+++Advertising promises are NOT kept.++++ The one star is for the fact that a test ride is relatively easy. We didn't seek advice in the shop and probably wouldn't have received any. The quality of advice from the employees is poor to nonexistent. So you should know what you want. There's currently a "Buy 2 and save 10%" promotion. We chose two bikes: €1199 + €1299. We asked the salesperson if we bought the two, would we get a 10% discount? Answer: Yes, 10% discount. We then decided to take both bikes... and then the drama began. The salesperson taps on his tablet, then on his computer, then back on his tablet, then he makes a phone call, then he taps again, then he makes another phone call. Then he comes over and tells us there's no 10% discount because one bike is already €100 off. I then offer to explain the small print on the advertising poster (see image). "Promotion can be combined with items already on sale." I call again. Conclusion: "Head office says no, no 10% discount if an item is already on sale." Offer: The discounted item is raised back to the regular price (1199 -> 1299€), then you get the 10% discount (1299€ -> 1169.x€). Sorry, but what a rip-off. If you want to exclude discounted items, just write it on your advertising poster and that's it, but like this... Rip-off number two: On the online shop website, I put two discounted bikes in my shopping cart and entered the promotional code, and hey presto, 10% is deducted. Rip-off number three: The bikes in the shop have been prepared for use by the in-house workshop... Tire pressure 1 bar... The disc brakes on both bikes are dragging... so only professionals are working in the shop and in the workshop. Recommendation: If you're looking for a test ride, fine. You can buy online; the shop doesn't add any value or charges an additional fee.

One star is one too many. Booked an appointment for a test ride. For two identical bikes. First, they made us wait 25 minutes because someone else spontaneously showed up for a test ride. We were left waiting in the shop for that entire time. Zero advice, zero competence. Saleswoman 1: mumbled incessantly. She was neither trained nor able to help anyone. You simply couldn't understand her. Salesman 2: The young man obviously had no clue about professional sales or e-bikes. His greeting: "What is it..." I won't say any more about that. Then the bikes finally arrived. Well, not the ones we had booked for the test ride. When I asked them to make the reserved bikes available, the response was, "Don't be such a baby. They're all the same." Well, except for the different sizes. We ended the whole thing. I don't need to throw my money down your throat. The reaction to a customer who had a problem with the gears was also great. The answer to the question of whether it could be repaired (the bike was barely two months old) was a clear: no. We do not recommend it!

I own the Moscow 29-inch bike for over 13,000 kilometers and have had three accidents, so the quality is still good. I'm planning on buying a new bike from you...but quite a few things aren't available on your website.
