Very bad customer service. I came in to get a gravel bike, fully knowing which configuration I wanted. It seemed as we were disturbing the sales people while they were drinking their coffee. Good thing I was already offered good advice at another bike shop. The leasing process was not explained at all, the responsible sales person did not even fill out the paperwork correctly. This lead to unnecessary extra time and nerves I had to spend. The only reason I bought the bike here is because it is one of the rare stores offering cube with the leasing option of my employer.

Lucky Bike has a wide variety of bicycles, brands, and sizes. They have both adult and children's bicycles. You can even test ride any bicycle. The salesperson is very patient and professional. The salesperson was very friendly and helped me return the bicycle. Later I spent nearly two hours asking questions to choose another bike, but the salesperson remained patient and friendly. They even helped me install and adjust the bicycle and put it on my bike.

Excellent service, Florian was supremely friendly and helpful, in both German and English. Great recommendations for gravel bikes and very patient in answering questions. Very honest about the strengths and weaknesses of each model and what would improve them, never felt pressured or upsold. Absolutely worth the trip, and the indoor trial space is invaluable when choosing a bike.

I was in the store looking for a new bike, and Florian (I hope I got the name right) was really helpful. He explained a lot of different specs and bike options to me. Definitely made my experience at Lucky Bike worth it!

This was our first time we were in a Lucky Bike store - we used to visit Radlbauer ones before the rebranding. This is still as expected: a big store with plenty of bicycles and bicycle equipment on offer, including mechanics and staff that are able to help you professionally. We visited the store to buy a new bicycle helmet for my wife. They had different models from the big three brands in the field available but in lots of different styles & colours. Prices were okay enough, the staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself is in the middle of the Euro-Industriepark, a big commercial area with lots of different stores, which is very accessible if you have a car. As a result, there is enough free parking directly in front of the store.

I brought my road bike for the replacement of the two gear cable sets. The estimated delivery time was more than 1 week, but the following day I had my bike back with proper restoration. In my opinion, the prices are a bit too high. Anyways, positive experience.

I had a wonderful experience buying at Lucky Bike. I was advised by Flo who not only was super helpful and made sure to ask the right questions to ensure I chose the bike that better fits my needs but also was super nice and customer oriented. I felt very comfortable because I could really feel he knew was he was talking about. Totally recommend!
