Service at the shop was great! They helped me out with all my questions and I found the best suitable bike for what I needed. I could take the bike directly home and even got a discount on the original price. They helped me with additional equipment and an insurance. Thanks again! :-)

Bottom line: Go to a store where you don't have to deal with incompetence and don't see you as a walking dollar sign. Short: Radlbauer is one of the worst bike shops. They only care about moving inventory and see customer only a means to earn money. Long: Radlbauer is listed as Händler on the website of a parts manufakturer. Parts manufaktuers do not have their own stores. I had problems with my wheelset (I've built 4 bikes and repair bikes for friends) and called the Manufacturer. Manufacturer told me to visit an authorized dealer (Händler) and Radlbauer told me they refuse to help looking over the wheels for defects. Why? because I didn't purchase the wheel from them. Can you imagine an Apple authorized dealer saying they won't service an apple computer if you haven't bought it from them? bottom line, if you don't want to service parts for a manufakturer, don't become a Händler. I am making it my personal missions to expose their breach of contract to the manufacturer and have their Händler status revoked.

Yesterday I bought a tire. Today I noticed that the price on the receipt was 10 euros higher than the price tag. Very nice!!

Friendly and helpful service. On Saturday, April 27, 2019, we purchased the 28" retro bike with a 21-speed drivetrain, model "Marlies," from the in-house brand "Almrausch." We were impressed by the features, the value for money, and the attractive design.

No customer service. Store is empty and the sales staff just stands around without being helpful. Tried to buy a helmet and couldn’t because no one was helping me

I tried to buy a bike here. After spending hours choosing one we noticed that there was a flaw on the bike and the salesman told me he couldn't sell it to me with a good conscience. They said they would repair it, called me and said it was fixed, I went to pick it up and it wasn't. So they ordered me a new one, when I came to pick it up it was also flawed. When I spoke to the manager, he told me in the rudest possible way that if "I bought the cheapest of the cheap that's what I could expect. If I wanted a bike without flaws, I should spend more." He was very offensive. All about a bike that they sell and recommended to me. It was not one of the cheapest bikes in the store and I do not appreciate being insulted in a store full of people. I recommend to go absolutely anywhere else to buy a bike because that kind of management and service does not deserve your money.
