The bike shop has a great structure with a wide variety of options and was the only website where I found my Cube Cross Race size 53. The website's usability could be improved, especially regarding order tracking. Regarding the München West Filiallieferung store, I received excellent support, as there was a delay in delivery from the central office and the bike arrived without the tape, but fortunately I was assisted by Mathias, a helpful young man who assisted me a lot, particularly with the English language. Overall, the experience was very positive and I highly recommend Lucky Bikes.

The shop did not have many models of bike available for my size. And when I was asking to get help with the seat, the personal was not so motivated to help or to advise me. For example, for the kindersitz they asked me to go to second floor to look for advice. It is a pity because I wanted to buy my bike today.

0 stars impossible, unfortunately. This should've probably been a lawsuit and not a google review, but I don't want to bother over 50 eur. So I had a flat tire replaced at this shop about 3 days ago. Today, to my surprise, I come to my garage and see my tire flat again. Now, while it's not IMPOSSIBLE that I busted it again in 3 days, it's extremely unlikely (I've cycled in Munich for 6 years and had a flat tire just once before this). I assumed that some kind of mistake was made during installation and/or a defect tire was used, so I took it back to the workshop and explained the situation, expecting a free replacement but underlining that if they find a thorn or something indicating an unlikely new incident, I'd pay the full price. The visibly annoyed cashier informed me that "they don't offer guarantees on the tires 🤡" and i could either pay again or leave. Since I needed my bike urgently, I agreed to pay. When the wheel got replaced, I, still suspicious, asked for the old tire since I wanted to take a look at it. Their answer? "We already threw out the garbage 🤡🤡🤡". Disgusting. 0 accountability. 0 feeling of responsibility for their own work. Never again this place, it's better to go a bit further to workshops that value their clients. UPD: lol, they had the audacity to report this for "slander". Nope, unfortunately, I am a real customer and you, dear Lucky bike, are really terrible. So take their unrealistically high rating with a BIG grain of salt -who knows how many other honest 1 star reviews were deleted

Came here a few weeks ago because this location is closer than the North location & unfortunately, my personal experience here was not good. I ultimately left very frustrated. After asking for help from 2 Staff members, it did not feel like they wanted to help. Frustrated, I left. Needless to say I ended up purchasing my bike at a different location. Due to “Germany’s freedom of speech laws” I am unable to confidently express in detail what happened due to fear of another defamation accusation from this company other than what is clearly my personal experience & opinion.

Markus made the bike buying experience less tense. I am on heavier and shorter side so it is difficult to get comfy but he gave his expert recommendations. It took us three visits to finally test the bike we wanted and bought it yes. 4/5 because of One hiccup really. It is just that we got refused on the financing because I am not fluent in German. 🤯 I lived in DE for more than 5 years now - although I can speak a bit of German I am in no shape fluent. Fully employed all this time with pretty good credit score yet I can't avail the financing because the bank don’t allow it. Honestly this is really stupid and such a set back to people who want to avail it.

I have an excellent experienced with Dieter. I am totally new in buying a bicycle and I don't have much experience in recognising a new bicycle. Dieter help me in finding a perfect bike plus other components related to bicycle. All thumbs up for Dieter. Cheers m8

Very good, very professional staff. Top. Bought an e Bike here. Staff couldn’t do enough for me. Even got my child’s first helmet here, staff were very patient with a tired little girl. Top top top. 😁

Filialleiter Gerloff, is the friendliest guy over there. Its a huge place where you can easily find a bike that you like, for reasonable prices. You can also do a test ride on their indoor little track.
