Truly awesome😍, the little shop with GREAT MASTERS🤩. Respect 👍. Unfortunately, it's often closed🤔, but that's COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE. I wish the little shop🥰 a great future💯.

Not your typical bike shop, but more of a dedicated bicycle repair workshop. Sadly, these are rare finds in Munich these days. Mechanic Markus offers safety checks, fixes flat tires, and also helps with more extensive, complete repairs. I do almost all the work on my bikes myself, but I always enjoy popping in for a chat or a technical discussion at the air pump!

I took my bike in for a service this summer, as it needed some work. In the end, it turned out that a simple safety check was sufficient. Generally speaking, Markus does a fantastic job, is honest, and very friendly. He's also very efficient. Since my bike wasn't urgent, a turnaround time of one to two weeks would have been fine. But he finished it in just a few days. I highly recommend Markus's small workshop, "Luftpumpe." I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service, very friendly and uncomplicated! From now on, definitely my first choice when I need anything related to bicycles.

Hi everyone, I dropped my bike off at Markus's for the first time this week. My front brake needed adjusting and the lightbulb replaced. He did both within 24 hours, and when I picked it up, the tires were even nicely inflated. The price was very fair. His work is top-notch. He's also a really nice guy. I'll only go to him from now on. Greetings from Daniel in Pasing

I dropped my bike off for a check-up: new lights, new pedals, and, on their recommendation, a new saddle. The repair was quick, and the saddle is excellent. Great work and top value for money 👍. I'd gladly use them again!

Brought the bike in because the brakes were broken. They installed a new one. Took the bike home. The new brakes didn't work either. Brought it back. Picked it up again. The brakes still didn't work. Paid €100 for it. Never again!!!

Owner's response

Hello Michael Greitmeyer! I would appreciate it if you could tell me your dissatisfaction directly, as this might allow us to find a solution that works for both of us. I think that's far more productive than leaving things unresolved – don't you agree?

I hope that, even if you're not satisfied, you can at least leave this situation with a sense of closure on both sides (and without bitterness, because in my opinion, that's a very draining feeling).

Thank you very much and best regards!

Markus Garbrecht

My bike is still in great shape; only the bottom bracket was shot. Bike repair shops, like Stadler, naturally declared my bike beyond repair. Then I went to bike repairman Markus, and he had a brilliant idea. I'm riding—no, I'm practically flying—my beloved bike back on Munich's streets, and I'm more than happy. That's what resource conservation looks like! Thank you so much!

I was incredibly lucky when the owner happened to cycle past me. I'd gotten a flat tire, and he fixed it. Just like that. After expertly and quickly repairing my flat right there on the side of the road, he even gave me a valve cap I'd been missing for ages. "Because he happened to have one on hand." Although I've never actually been to the shop myself, I'm convinced it's one of the best and most honest bike shops in Munich. And even though Pasing is unfortunately quite a distance for me, I might just make the trip sometime to entrust my bike to this "healer." Many thanks for the help! :-)

When I had a flat tire last year and needed a new tire anyway, he patched the tube (it's still holding up perfectly) and put on the necessary tire. Environmentally friendly and also good for my wallet! Plus, it was done overnight (dropped off before the night shift, and everything was ready in the morning). Very satisfied, I'd do it again anytime!
