The saleswoman, Deniz, was very knowledgeable, hospitable, friendly, and informative. I visited many places in Munich, but I have never seen a salesperson as good as Deniz.

I (m; 28) Bought my pair of Sapuen High GTX Men about 3 weeks ago. The service was excellent. Helpful, polite and smiling. I particularly appreciate that they seemed to really want me to get exactly the right product for my needs and gave me great advice to do that without being pushy. It goes without saying the quality of the boots is amazing. I am glad I took the time to go to the shop and did not make my purchase online.

The store is great they have many outdoor 🧗♂️ clothing and mountains 🏔️ climbing stuff. I highly recommend going out there.

With a large Globetrotter store just down the road that also carries a wide variety of Mammut gear, why come here? Two reasons: scope of offer, and qualified staff. Came here for a specific jacket, left the shop wearing said jacket approx five minutes later. The staff are exceedingly friendly and, as stated previously, well qualified. The store is spacious, well ventilated, and the COVID-19 hygiene concept well executed. Pricey, yes, but the prices are well justified by the quality of the products and staff. Overall, commendable.

Such a huge let down. I have come to this Mammut outlet numerous times and have had good experiences in the past, but I will not come anymore. I bought a jacket one day, had an issue with it, and wanted to return it for another jacket the following week. I had the receipt, but without the tags on the jacket it was not allowed. The Mammut website allows it, as does every other clothing store I've ever been to. I advise going down the street to Globetrotter Equipment where there is a nice Mammut selection, nicer staff, and reasonable and industry normal return policies.
