A super competent team! They checked everything within minutes and fixed all the issues! Both employees were also very helpful with any further questions about the bike and its accessories! I'd love to bring all my bikes in right away. Then nothing goes untreated! The mechanics are also really nice and funny. It was an experience we weren't really looking forward to, but one that surprised, impressed, and truly satisfied us! Keep it up, guys! You've got it!

I had my Cowboy 4 bike inspected for the first time. I leased the bike through Jobrad, and the process with Yeply Munich went smoothly. The email communication before the inspection was very friendly. The service itself was also excellent. You have very nice people working there. They even cleaned the bike – something I've never experienced before! I'll definitely be back. 😊

Yeply's innovative concept initially piqued my interest. However, since not all issues were resolved during the first service (shifting problems due to a broken chain link), I was initially disappointed. But after the second appointment, I'm completely satisfied. The e-bike is running perfectly again, and they even delivered it to my home across town that same evening. Excellent service, a quick response to my written complaint, and very customer-oriented staff. They offered appointments at short notice (unlike the dealer where I bought the bike, who told me to wait two weeks). Highly recommended!

The inspection service was, as far as I can tell, technically sound. However, as a regular cyclist, I felt the technician treated me a bit condescendingly. Since I don't have the technical know-how when it comes to bicycles, that's precisely why I go to a service center.

I had a flat tire and, by chance, the Yelply van was parked around the corner, so I gave it a try (even though I was a little skeptical). Everything was repaired in no time – in any other workshop, I would have had to do without my Cube for at least half a day (or fix it myself). Conclusion: Very fast and convenient, everything was top-notch and highly recommended.
